I purchased mine a week ago. Immediately it became apparent what cheap rubbish these hoods are. They are made of very sharp aluminium which will cut you to shreds. Mine was damaged on arrival and im still waiting for a replacement. The instructions are non existent and fitting is a joke as fittings are so cheap they bend and twist. The filters in mine got damaged just by applying little hand pressure. I took mine down after a couple of days as it looks nothing but cheap and nasty and spoils the look of my new kitchen. Spend more money and get something that works as the motors on these are clearly not strong enough. When i get my replacement canopy i will try and off load onto Ebay or sell for spares.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! having brought a hood from premier range and having not took it out the box , when i came to fit it 5 weeks later i noticed a deep scratch , telling there customer service team he was not interested in exchanging it !!!!!

Ordered a cooker hood and glass splash back and was told it would arrive a couple of days later. Two days later was telephoned and told it was not in stock despite taking the money in full on the original order day. I was offered to wait a few weeks or I could have a refund so I chose to have the refund. Five days later I am still waiting for my refund and when I called them about it they had "no electronic record of the request" (conveniently) and they said they would cal the accounts department and call me back. I asked if I could call the accounts department and was told they do not take calls! After reading other reviews, it looks like a call to trading standards and the bank will be the next step as I have no confidence that I will get a call back. Would not use again.

We bought a 70cm hood - when it arrived the motor was lose, and one light flickering. We tightened motor securing screws and push bulb in properly and installed it. So very noisy, nothing like the description. 5 days later it stopped working. We returned it for a refund. Great service collecting it, but no receipt left. Hood left us on 8th January & we're still awaiting refund, which has been promised "with a couple of days" times on 16th, 24th, 28th Jan and then we were told it had actually been paid on 5th Feb, £20 short, and WE STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT.
Now in hands of our credit card company - we've asked them to implement a chargeback.

This stuff is garbage made in CHina hooooooooooo dear,arrived looked like tin, my baked beans arrived in a better steel finish.

BOUGHT THIS ITEM FOR MY SON ARRIVED QUITE QUICKLY BUT WAS DIFFERENT FROM ORIGINAL OFFER THEY SAID THEY RAN OUT OF THE ONE I ORDERED AND HAD UPGRADED FOR ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE GREATTTTTTTTT,UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T COME WITH THE CARBON FILTER ,THEY SAID IT WAS ON BACK ORDER IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE THE 7TH OF NOVEMBER AND STILL NOTHING. THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL
THERE CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE SHOCKING ,AFTER I THREATENED TO GO TO TRADING STANDARDS THEY INITIATED A REFUND FOR THE FILTER ,BUT BEWARE !!!!!!!!
THESE PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED BY THIS COMPANY ALONE SO YOU HAVE TO GET THE FILTERS OR SPARES AND REPAIRS FROM THEM AND EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE IS SUBJECT TO DELIVERY AND VAT ON EVERYTHING SO YOUR NOT GETTING THE BARGAIN YOU THINK YOU ARE I WAS CHARGED NEARLY £32 FOR A SINGLE FILTER WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS.I RECOMMEND YOU STEER CLEAR OF THIS CROWD BUY A BRAND NAME AND AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR.
