When sent the wrong item they are a complete nightmare! They tell you they will call you back and never do. After umpteen phonecalls and emails getting me nowhere the phone was answered by a member of staff who immediately became abusive and swore at me. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and should know telepathically what they were going to do about their error..... which is clearly nothing!!! Absolutely disgraceful treatment! I am now left £190 out of pocket with a bookshelf that I can neither use nor get rid of.

Read a few reviews on here and was a bit worried , didn't need to duke wooden bedframe is great really sturdy and good made mattress excellent service from ordering to delivery was fantastic rang me before delivery then again delivery day 30 min before arrival delivery man polite and pleasant would definitely recommend and will use again thank you bedstreet

Do not use this company. They are rude, aggressive, mess you about and it took over 2 months to get our money back. Talk about stressful. You are warned to beware of Bedstreet!

I ordered a headboard from this company weeks ago, it never arrived. I sent several e-mails but had no reply so started to get worried. The order number they have is no longer in use so I checked further and found another number. Person that answered the phone was most unhelpful, then said that item was out of stock. I asked why they hadn't replied to my e-mails or informed me that item out of stock. He said that they had, I asked what they intended to do and he seemed confused. Told him I wanted a refund and was told I had already been refunded. Checked with my bank and nothing received. Got back to the Company and informed them that I hadn't received a refund and that I expected to be refunded within 48 hours or I would contact Trading Standards. I was then told that a refund had been authorised 5 minutes ago! Don't go near this Company and warn your family and friends.

The worst service I have ever received. Please do not use and put these guys out of business. They do not hold stock at their premises like it said on their website. Don't listen to complaints and happy to take your money then not resolve any problems. Funny that reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. I know which ones I believe as we experienced this horrendous company. Staff member was extremely rude . Warning do not use

Ordered a wall board waited and waited called to chase told it would be delivered next week that came and went chased again told will deliver in next few days then got a head board called and was accused of ordering the wrong thing sorted that out but was told the wall board would need to be ordered still no joy asked for refund still waiting but taking action to obtain legal refund

Ordered handmade pine wardrobe via ebay, it was delivered by two very helpful guys who carried it upstairs and placed it where I wanted it. It is beautiful hand crafted and not flat packed but built ready to use. a lot of care has gone into it's production and I am over the moon with it. I will be recommending to my friends and I will be purchasing from this company again. Couldn't be happier

Purchased item and paid immediately. Received automatic confirmation e-mail confirming purchase and no other contact. Chased and chased but no response. Managed to speak to someone on the phone as I had still not received bed a month later. Told out of stock and will not be coming back in stock. I should have an e-mail about this, which I have not received and no refund. Still no refund so having to go through card company to obtain a refund. Really not on...

This is a lovely bed the faux leather was nice n white, head and foot of the bed board is thickly padded. Looks great indeed. I did not like the diamantes as much because it was not so sparkly and was plastic. I also preferred the head and foot boards to be all in white faux leather but had parts of black visible with some fabric material. Apart from that i love this bed and looks very pretty indeed. Well recommended, i got it delivered sooner than said too on ebay which was also a bonus for me, thank u so much too.
