My wife wanted some Mama Mio products as a gift, so I logged onto their website and purchased them.
The site was good and the delivery was prompt and efficient. Pricing was quite high, but I guess men will always say that about 'lotions and potions'!
Rather annoyingly, about a week after I bought these products, my wife sent me a 25% off voucher for everything on their site. Dont you just hate it when that happens?!
I sent their customer service people an email asking if they would retrospectively honour the discount - ie give me the 25% discount for products Id already purchased. I assumed the chances of this happening where somewhere around 0%.
I was really, really surprised and overjoyed to get an email back saying, "yes! of course we will". So, they have now credited me the 25% back, even though I had bought the products without using their voucher.
The reason? They said its because they want to give excellent customer service and for people like me to tell at least 10 people how good their experience was with Mama Mio. Well, hopefully this will achieve that goal.
I must say I was gobsmacked that they did this, without any fuss or any huffing and puffing.
It was really excellent customer service and I thoroughly recommend people use them/their website as its so refreshing to get such a positive customer experience.
