Zoara's customer service is absolutely wonderful! Though my first time shopping online was really easy thanks to their help. Got here siper fast. Love my gorgeous ring. I got a platinum ring with sapphires. The ring is excellent quality and I like the way the stones sparkle.

For Christmas presents I bought diamond earrings. Zoara allows you to select your own diamonds and they conveniently place matching diamonds together which makes it an easy selection.

My order was shipped less than a week from when it was placed and it was sent via FedEx International to our home in Denmark.

The earrings were of amazing quality and the diamonds were simply stunning. My breath was taken away!

I bought an engagement ring from Zoara shipping to Germany. They have thousands of diamonds to pick from and all are very well priced and with photos. Customer care was very helpful in choosing the right diamond and ring and making sure that I got the right size.

Zoara took care of taxes to Germany so my ring arrived 2 days after it shipped which was very fast and nice. They shippped it in a pretty box with a light that turns on when you open it.

VERY impressed with the quality, much better than anything in our local stores. Will definitely buy again!

Hello, i just wanted to share my experience with ZOARA. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment which cost me money for nothing.

The purchase was a diamond ring with a total value of 1048$, all good so far. The problem started with payment method, I went with the normal procedure of ordering the item until I hit the payment step. For some reason (unexplained one, according to customer support) the payment wasn’t able to be completed via direct pay with card. They supplied an alternative method by wire transfer. Talked to the bank and issued a wire transfer to zoara (cost so far 15$ in commission). Although the wire transfer has 1.5% discount the invoice didn't reflect this (please pay attention on this).

Payment took almost 3 working days to be cleared (I’m from europe). After 2 days of payment confirmation I’ve received an email that the diamond I’ve added to the ring is not available anymore and that they will reserve another one with the vendor (according to them with same or better quality). Unfortunately the second diamond didn’t have an actual photo so that I can see if there is any flaws in the center of the diamond.

In total i've alost 77$ (15$ + 62$)

All in all i would not recommend ZOARA simply because theire purchasing procedures are not in customer favor.

While the website isn't the most beautiful, the galleries are well laid out and there are some nice features like 3D views of nearly all of their products. zoara offers free shipping to anywhere in the US (maybe Canada too) - a biiiig perk- and also 30 day returns, which , when you're buying diamond jewelry is essential, since you want to be able to take the piece to an appraiser after you relieve your package to make sure it's what you ordered.

I was specifically shopping for a pair of diamond studs for my sister's 30th birthday, and I found that they had by far the best prices combines with standard perks. I purchased a pair of round brilliant studs in a white gold basket setting and was impressed when they arrived right on time looking fantastic. After gifting my sister, I actually went back and bought myself a similar pair. (Everyone needs a nice pair of diamond studs- especially if they are THIS affordable).

So when it came time to buy wedding rings, I didn't even go to the shops, I only looked online. I found zoara on a number of review sites, and after looking on wedding forums and asking girls on the forums, I felt pretty comfortable considering Zoara seriously. After comparing prices between james allen, blue nile, zoara and whiteflash, it became clear that zoara had better prices with a wider selection. I also felt that they were a bit more personal when it came to customer service. I called them, asking a number of questions regarding customizing a wedding ring, and whether a certain product would fit well with my engagement ring, etc. Their representative, dan, was unbelievably helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and bottom line made me feel really comfortable. I picked out a plain white gold band with channel set diamonds (http://www.zoara.com/selected-product/9473) to match my white gold engagement ring that also has channel set side stone diamonds. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was their shipping charges. They provide free shipping to Canada and the United States, but their shipping charges to the UK are pretty steep. I decided it was worth it, since I really loved the ring...and luckily the package arrived right on time, just as it was supposed to. The ring looks wonderful- really, it looks gorgeous. I can't wait for my fiance to slide it on my finger!
