I ordered two Barcelona tracksuits for my children on an evening. Next day I received a telephone call from John asking if I really wanted to collect from store - as I had indicated. Seeing that I live over a 100 miles away, I realised that I had clicked the wrong option. This was quickly remedied, John asking which shipping option I then required.
