Seriously think twice about using this company - said they had a 1 to 2 day problem with delivery of items I required urgently - when I phoned after 3 days - could not give me a date for delivery stating they had system problems Had to cancel order and as a result had to pay builders a standby day as I could not order replacement in time.

Fantastic company, ordered some hinges, great value and arrived super quickly. I have ordered several times now with no issues.

I have tried to contact this company on several occassions without luck. I even e-mailed my questions and had an automated response stating I would get a reply from someone within 24 hours. That was on the 7th January, todays date is 4th Feb!!!

Avoid them like the plague!

Having placed an order which after 10 days failed to arrive, I contacted their customer services not only by phone but by email and their online contact form. They failed to produce any acknowledgement to the email enquiries and when they answered the phone, I was told someone would contact me regarding the issue. No-one had the common courtesy to call back despite their promise. Five days after my initial contact, I am still nowhere near resolving my missing order. Buyer beware - purchase with a responsible company.

More than happy with ironmongery online ordered 2.30pm Tuesday received Wednesday morning! Great range of stuff, some you wouldn't even imagine an ironmongery company stocking, great product over the moon with it, great customer service very helpful gave me hood advice on my purchase we will definitely use again.
