They are indeed a scam. They are still holding my money after over a month of cancelling my order because they never responed to my emails. DO NOT buy from them!!

Ordered, or tried to order, a pair of boots. Received no order/shipping confirmation. The contact number they have is a joke. Goes straight to voice mail and is not a business number. Nobody responds to the customer service emails either. How are you supposed to contact this company? This GSPAY company took my money and I had to contact them to tell them to cancel my order. Took a couple days for them to respond and when then did, they said they were sending, yet STILL no proper invoice/confirmation, NOTHING. I told them to cancel or I will dispute and I received an email from this GSPAY company that they are issuing a refund. Have not received it yet, but I will make sure I get it. DO NOT BUY...TOTAL SCAM. By the way, when they respond, totally unprofessional writing and they do not use proper english. SCAM.

I also was scammed by this wedsite. I contacted my cc company and they refunded my money. I also got ahold of UGGS australia and their website says this website is counterfeit. I had really upset daughter that didnt get hr UGGS for Christmas but if you contact UGGS Australia, they have them now so she will get them fr her birthday.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM....I ORDERED BOOTS FROM THEM, THEY TOOK WEEKS TO GET AND THEY COME FROM CHINA. THEN WHEN I FINALLY GOT THEM THEY SENT THE WRONG BOOTS AND WILL NOT EMAIL ME BACK OR RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AS TO HOW I CAN RETURN THEM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN....BUYER BEWARE...DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I placed an order this morning on this site prior to reading these reviews and the return/exchange policy. I am kicking myself. They do sound like a total sham. I already called my credit card company and cancelled my card and got a new account #, however, I cannot file a dispute until the charges have posted and they are currently pending. Hopefully I can get my money back...I called the customer svc number and apparently it's in the San Fran area. If anyone has gotten their money back, please let me know.

I placed a order on December 14th 2010 and can not get any update or a response.

I also ordered from this website on December 15th and received an e-mail that they were preparing my order but so far I have received nothing. I have called and e-mailed them repeatedly and they have not responded at all. The number of their 24/7 customer service immediately goes to an answering machine that is full and cannot take messages. This company is horrible. I am contacting my credit card company also to dispute the charges. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone!

This website/company is a total sham. You are never going to get your product and good luck getting in touch with them. Good luck returning any items. Their return policy basically states that you can't return anything for any reason and you can only return with a return auth which you can't get without getting in touch with them. You have been warned.

This company is very suspicious. I placed an order and have been subsequently been trying to cancel it. No one answers at the phone number and the mail box at the number to call is full. I have sent many emails looking for a response and have received no response in return. I am now resorting to calling my cc company to reject the charge outright. They claim to have excellent customer service. It is horrible.

I placed an order for Christmas on 12/15. It is now 12/22 and I have not received any shipping information (or delivery). I have tried several emails over the past few days to their support team with no response and their phone number is not answering with a full voicemail box. If this website is legit then their customer service is a total joke!!! Horrible.
