Would not recommend this company at all. Ordered a prom on the 20 September still has not arrived.

E-mailed numerous times. With no reply. Telephoned goes straight on to answerphone left messages no one has returned the

Phone calls. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Full payment has been taken. I have no other option but to hand this over to my bank to investigate.

Ingnorong There Customoers And Retuning A Faulty Pram

Ok so I bought a pram roughly 6 weeks ago now... looked great pushed it around my living room great!

So I took my 1 year old for a walk in it and jezzz it was like the wheel kept buckling (ceasing up maybe a better word) so when I got

Back to my car i took my daughter out and pushed it round to back of car and it was fine again so the weight was stopping it push propley.

So i contacted them amd straight away she didn't ask for no videos /pictures just that she will send me a box and arrange a return I thought wow this is great !!!! To my Horror a week after it was picked up I thought I better check see if i have a refund and nothing so logged in to my emails and see one email saying we've tried to contact you and haven't so its been returned!!! Im like what!! Its faulty I haven't received no phone calls and I cant see any email that says contact us urgently just an email that says we're returning it! So I call ... your open 9-12 no answer i leave messages roughly 4 ive sent about 4 emails . . nothing! Well I now have a broken push chair which I wasn't going to accept but they delivered to a neighbour so had no choice.

I'm hoping putting this on hear maybe you will contact me and pick up this faulty pushchair! Give me a refund as next step is trading standards ive logged all calles ive made and emails ive sent.

DO NOT USE AT ANY COST. THIS IS THE MOST DREADFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CONSUMER RIGHTS. I ordered a rocking chair which was not suitable and attempted to return it. The entire process took over 2 months due to their incompetence. They then deducted £33 from my refund. I was aware that there was a cost to return the item - £16.50 as stated on their website but according to them, as it was returned in two boxes (they sent it in 2 boxes) it was deducted twice. Their own website states £16.50 per item, not per box. I have never had to deal with a company with such awful customer service before and I will never ever use them again. I hope everyone else reads the awful reviews on this company before placing an order.

Awful Company

Awful company. Makes your life more difficult during precious time, when you are getting ready for the arrival of the baby. Purchased a bundle online. Travel system is absolute disgrace and trying to return it for a month now. Phone number to contact customer services doesn't work. Takes over a week to get a reply via email. Even offered to bring it back to the shop,which is 3 hours drive away from me- this was totally ignored.Then finally after 3 weeks I was provided with details how I can return it, I was told I should have returned within 2 weeks. Not clear how I could do have done it as it took 4 emails to get information how to return it- after sending several videos. Also I asked not to send rest of the bundle, but it just keep arriving. Part of the bundle,which supposedly arrived is missing. Still not clear how to get my money back. Feel like customer services, don't read email, but just replies as automated service. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. There are plenty of reliable websites, but not this one. Directors should be ashamed of themselves. This kind of customer services/companies should not be operating in 2020.

Awful experience buying a nursery set and a mattress. Money was pending being taken from my account due to be sent to.them. No confirmation email was ever received. I got in touch immediately after and was advised they had no order. I then called my bank and was advised the money was indeed on the way to them so there had to have been an order. I advised the bank that PLO were saying there was no order. The bank then provided me with an authorisation code to enable them to find the order. I emailed PLO this information and was again told there was no order. I called the bank again and they confirmed again there was money pending to them for the amount of the order. Emailed PLO again they asked for all the Information again I had previously sent. The authorisation code and the screen shot of the pending transaction to.them. they were asking for proof despite being given the authorisation code given by my bank. That was the Wednesday and Thursday. I then asked for a complaints procedure and was given and email address so i sent a complaint in 're customer service and services received. Have heard nothing 're my complaint. Again still no confirmation of order. On the Monday I receive a random text message from DHL to say something is being delivered I get in touch again with PLO to ask if this is furniture. Hear nothing. Furniture appears with no mattress. Again no confirmation. I get in touch again to state all of this and am sent an invoice for my purchase. Again comments 're complaint and making a formal complaint are ignored and yet to hear back 're complaint. I leave a review on trust pilot and they reply to that before me with utter nonsense about tracking numbers which haven't been received again ignoring the complant. I then receive am email from them telling to ensure I've checked my junk folder as they've sent confirmation twice. Patronising. Clearly I've been checking my junk folder for nearly a week. They also advise mattress is being delivered today. All in all a horrible experiencen which has caused undue stress which is not healthy when pregnant and they have destroyed what should be exciting and indeed straight forward buying things for a new baby. Have never experienced anything like it. Would not recommend to anyone and would suggest you avoid at all costs. Have never dealt with such an unprofessional behaviour.

Avoid or Check your item on arrival as you will be waiting 7weeks for replacement parts and I’m still waiting !! With replies just stating they are still waiting for the manufacturer to supply the parts. I bought this item before birth as you do to put it up and found it to be damaged and unsturdy !! I Ask for replacement 7weeks later still waiting !! I had to buy an alternative sleeping bed for my baby and soon my baby would of grown out of it awaiting parts for a bed it’s ridiculous not what you need as a new mum!! I’ve spoken to the manufacturer myself and they stated PLO is resolving the issue and PLO are saying the company is resolving the issue ?? Confused? so am I!

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS!!!!!

I placed an order for crib sheets and 2 crib mattresses totalling approx. £33. I also paid £3:95 for delivery. (Quite a lot to me)

9 days later, I get home to see that Hermes have put a card through the door which simply says the date and 'behind bins'. I retrieved the parcel to discover that I had only received 2 crib sheets and no mattresses.

That evening I sent an email to Precious little one, because you can't actually speak to anyone! I said how disappointed I was with the length of time the delivery had taken plus the fact that even after 9 days the more expensive part of my order hadn't arrived at the same time! I said that I trusted they would be on route and be with me asap.

This morning I re-tracked my order to find that according to Hermes, both parcels had been delivered at the same time and left in a secure location.

Immediately, my thoughts are have they been stolen? Did the driver get mixed up? I tried to call Hermes...another company you can't talk to. So I had to have an online chat with someone at Hermes. This was a joke. However worse was to come.

I was asked for a 16 digit tracking number...My tracking number had 7 digits!

Then I was told that there was only one parcel with that number.

Then I was told that the number I had given them was being delivered to someone's name I had never heard of. I asked for Head Office number. I didn't get this of course!

Then I found a number for Precious Little One.....

I spoke with someone and explained the situation. She assured me that she would get a manager to call me back this morning.

I received no call.

This afternoon I rang again. I spoke to someone else. She said that she had been told that my mattresses were 'lost in transit' and that others had been sent out. They would be with me in 3-5 working days!!!!!!!!!

I reitterated the fact that I had been given totally fictitious information from Hermes and that I should not have to wait another 3-5 working days for the items I had paid for.

By the way, the £36 + had left my account immediately.

The girl I was speaking to didn't seem to understand that I was rather frustrated by all this and then told me that I could be compensated but not with any refund but perhaps a toy. SHOCKED at this point I did say that a toy was rather ridiculous as the items I have paid for are for a grandchild who has not yet been born!!!!! I said that the whole thing was a shambles from start to finish.

I asked for a call back from a manager as I was far from satisfied with this whole pantomime.

Later, a phone call came from a superviser....not a manager. She was very unhelpful just kept apololgising for the list of things that had happened or not happened! She said that the only compensation I would receive would be a refund for the delivery expense OR a toy once they had established the age of the child.

It gets worse.

I was furious at this point and pointed out that I had made numerous calls, had online chats which were totally fictitious, had not received call back in the morning and was finally insulted by their complete lack of care to the customer.

I also reitterated that they were very good at taking payment quickly and efficiently but not at making sure the customer received goods or indeed a resolution fitting for the total inadequacy of the company.

I asked to talk to a manager as I had already been told I would be able to do. Yet again I had to call back and was told that the manager was in a meeting and will call me first thing tomorrow morning.

I have missed out a number of other very frustrationg and unprofessional ways I have been dealt with. I will admit that I became quite angry during the last call, but I am at pains to see how anyione I have spoken with cannot see that the whole episode from start to finish has been a sham!

For me, the situation is not resolved. Tomorrow I am expecting a call from a manager...watch this space.

By the way, I also asked for the name of the Company Director and was told that the Directors don't deal or have anything to do with the public. Great customer service ...after all, we are just paying money over to them!

I will never use this company again. They have caused me great stress and anxiety and in my opinion are unprofessional and uncaring.

This should be a happy occasion for us to look forward to....It will be.

Can I recommend online4baby...They are amazing.

Good luck if you do decide to purchase from precious little one...Read the reviews wherever you can find them. I am not alone. I would never normally write so much but this is how angry, frustrated and amazed at the treatment and service I have received from this company.
