DO NOT USE AT ANY COST. THIS IS THE MOST DREADFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CONSUMER RIGHTS. “Awful Company”

Awful company. Makes your life more difficult during precious time, when you are getting ready for the arrival of the baby. Purchased a bundle online. Travel system is absolute disgrace and trying to return it for a month now. Phone number to contact customer services doesn't work. Takes over a week to get a reply via email. Awful experience buying a nursery set and a mattress. Money was pending being taken from my account due to be sent to.them. No confirmation email was ever received. Avoid or Check your item on arrival as you will be waiting 7weeks for replacement parts and I’m still waiting !! With replies just stating they are still waiting for the manufacturer to supply the parts. I bought this item before birth as you do to put it up and found it to be damaged and unsturdy !! I Ask for replacement 7weeks later still waiting !! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS!!!!! I placed an order for crib sheets and 2 crib mattresses totalling approx. £33. I also paid £3:95 for delivery. (Quite a lot to me) 9 days later, I get home to see that Hermes have put a card through the door which simply says the date and 'behind bins'. I cannot believe I paid for a pram only for them to inform me (2 days after placing my order on hold), that I couldn’t have it until I had completed security checks.... why??? “Pathetic customer service”

Absolutely awful company, poorly packaged item arrive damaged. Took them 7 days to respond to my complaint and another 6 days for their courier to return the item to them. Replacement that they sent out to me was exactly the same damaged item I had returned previously. Another 15 days before I finally got a refund, customer service team were unapologetic and lazy, making no effort to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Their courier failed to deliver and claimed that they had tried and left calling card. This courier has previously delivered my parcels to the wrong Street and house number. Unable to speak to the courier I speak to the company, who just tell me they'll deliver it tomorrow, but refuse to contact the courier to verify that they have the correct address. Ordered a M&P Rialto furniture set in January, finally sent it out for delivery in February. Out of 6 boxes they only delivered 4 and of those 2 were damaged. Delivered another box 3 days later and the 6th box was supposed to be delivered another 2 days after but never arrived. Meant that we had 2.5 pieces of furniture with both complete pieces damaged. An absolutely appalling lack of customer care and follow through. An item that was meant to be delivered a week ago still has not arrived. I missed giving a present to my niece for her first birthday due to the incompetence of this company. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Several follow-up emails only resulted in a reply saying that delivery will be expedited. This means absolutely nothing as the item still not has not arrived.
