Rang these people regarding a dishwasher heating element failure and they sent an engineer out who did no further checks than I had already done. They said 'it's a heating element failure' which I already knew, took money for call out from my wife and never rang back with repair quotation information as promised. Follow up with the company produced nothing but evasive replies. I would strongly recommend against using these people for anything.

Contacted this company for the repair of my fridge. Engineer arrived late and said he know what was wrong and would organise repairs. He took my money and that is the last I have heard from them. Left telephone message but nothing. Finished up going elsewhere. In the end not much help and repairs delayed by weeks.
