You probably get that a lot, but you are sham artists and time wasters. I told you EXACTLY in what condition the bike is in initial form on your website, text conversation and phone call survey - I was brutally honest and wasn't hiding anything. You could save us all a lot of time with simply being honest about your offer, as I would simply ask you not to even bother coming. I think this is your business model - to lure people with acceptable quote, but offer much less money on the arrival. They wanted to reduce the price due to few faults, which we already discussed and included in second, updated quote. Eventually they offered me a quarter of an initial price. I would get more if I scrap the bike, so off course I asked them to leave.

Got a email and text to confirm the price they were going to pay for my Triumph Thunderbird, couple of hours later the call telling me that the price has dropped by £500 then to crown it on the arranged date they were to collect the bike they didn’t show. Avoid Avoid them.

Offered me £400 for a gsxr 750 that I know for a fact they will advertise for over £2000. Avoid like the plague. Sell private. I'm self employed and I lost a day if work waiting for them. Nice lad came to collect that's all I can say positive about these folk who pray on desperate bikers. AVOID

Went through their questionnaire, my bike was on their drop down list. After filling everything in it said my bike (pan european!) wasn't on their database. Waste of time.

Webuyanybike took the details of my brand new 68 reg suzuki bike with deliery miles then took 24 hours to tell me that it was worth £700 ?? I dont know where they get there values but it certainly isnt from this planet. My bike was bought for £2200 last week and the trade value is £1470 just for your information Webuyanybike. If i hadnt of had a sudden change in employment curcumstances i wouldnt have called them so was amazed at there value!! Ive since taken the offer of £1470 At least you made me laugh tho

Why call business we buy any bike if in truth thinks wring and misleading website allows you to check any bike but then says if a Chinese bike or anything like that not on your database. Hello if don't take these bikes don't give chance to search etc as that way it's more easier for people to see what bikes you do take and not take

Absolute time wasters, after filling in their on-line form for a valuation, they phoned me to ask me to forward images of my bike, asked more details and responded by e-mail stating they had received the pics and would have their valuer give a "Secure valuation" and do their best to get back to you within 24hrs (They don't) and after several days i called the contact who said he vaguely remembered the e-mail and passed me to another member of staff who said he would get a valuation and call me back, (they don't) a week later and I have come to the conclusion they are a complete waste of time - Stay well clear.

Found this site under values considerably. Sell privately is my advice.

An older motorbike “1998” 17 years old, thats “Been Down” dropped on its side is all ways going to be tricky to value.
The word “Pawnbrokers” may be a bit harsh but I understand, I fall in love with my bikes and can get peed off when some one I do not know gives me what is perceive at the time to be a low value of it.
If you did get to know us you will find we want to buy bikes at a fair price for all involved and we are a good bunch just doing what we do.
Give us a 2nd chance, give us a call, we are super friendly and when we chat you may find that we agree on a number we are both comfortable with. The service will not just end there within days sometimes hours we can have your bike collective free of charge with all paper work completed professionally, sale done no comebacks.
We go out of our way to make it simple, fair and fast.

They say that Edinburgh is too remote and costly to collect from despite claiming to offer free collection from anywhere in the UK "from the north of Scotland to the south of England". Very slow to answer, needing chasing. Rather than apologise stated that they had sent emails already - which they hadn't. I suspect they are selective over what they quote for. If they could just be straightforward about that, they would at least avoid wasting people's time. I think their claims are frankly dishonest.

Hi
There has to be some confusion, we travel to Scotland as far up as John o' Groats on a regular basis, we have even purchased a motorbike from Finstown mainland. I have work for this Company from 2008 and this has always been the case.

spent a bit of time filling in the online form with the photoes i got an email back saying someone would be in touch that was 5 days ago we buy any bike apart from the one iam selling what a waste of my time

I left full, honest details about my bike and never heard anything from webuyanybike. I guessed being called ANY bike in the title was pushing it. not a single reply to email, no offer whatsoever, nothing. if i had a mint condition bike and put it on there, get a reply quickly. i understand the business model, but seriously, if you say we buy ANY bike but dont, whats the point? Even making a low offer would still entitle them to call themselves webuyanybike. if you have a mint condition bike, expect a call back, if not, youre in the lap of the gods waiting for a reply which may never happen.

I asked for a quote on my Fazer on a monday morning and finally got a reply on Tuesday afternoon (about 30 hours later) saying....sell it privately and not through us. Then they asked for feedback, so emailed it back to the contact name which - suprise, suprise doesnt take incoming emails, or at least the name and address didnt exist according to the bounce back message I got. So are they any good????? NOT ON YOUR BLOODY NELLIE THEY AINT

This option is only given when it is obvious the price we have offered is less then expectations, generally due to condition on lower valued bikes.
Real hard work goes into buying bikes whilst delivering the best customer experience possible and sometimes the best advice is not to sell to us.
Yes there is no self gain other than we find customers appreciate the help with suggested Price and methods to achieve the best result.
I apologise on timescale we endeavour to answer every enquiry and this looks like our team was playing catch-up from the weekend.
All of our emails, not just feedback emails, root through the same server that must of been down for a short time, collectively I apologise on this occasion we will slightly off the mark.

I don't recommend, the price they offered for my bike was an absolute joke. Not impressed.
