I bought 2 dresses from Dressrail, when I received them they weren't as they appeared so I returned them. I received an email from customer services to say I was out of my return period which I wasn't so I emailed back and told them this. It has now been 3 weeks I have still have not heard from them, they do not answer their emails or the phone. So they now have the dresses and my money!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

The dress I purchased was so short it was a top. I got my small friend who is 5ft 3 and a size 8 to also try it on and it was very tight and she said didn't cover her bum. It would probably fit someone of about 12 years of age but not for a fully grown adult.

I emailed and tried to get this sorted out and you have to wait 24 hours or more for a response and when you do get a response and reply it is another 24 hours to wait for a further response.

Read the small print ladies as it is up to 28 days for a refund of your monie if you are not happy and also they do not take responsibility for an error in the manufacturing of that product!! Avoid at all costs. Stick to your usual high street shops so at least you know you can order online and return to the store for an instant refund!!

I was handed a voucher on a night out in Leicester and the following week I took a look at the site. All the latest fashion reproductions and of a very high quality. Site worked perfectly, pictures could be a little better res but delivered on time and at great value. Worth taking a look. They also do spring summer winetr collections so always changing and they have a facebook page for added discounts.
