Ajay1978. I would like to begin by saying, if you are going to write a comment about a review, you should really read the review first.

The Guest that wrote the review above states

\"they don't offer the option of visiting in person and collecting. Nothing wrong with that, many companies are internet only and I appreciate that the savings from not maintaining retail premises may be what allows them to offer a good price\"

So they have actually said that they understand that the company are internet based and they appreciate that.

Next they say that

\"the only option they offer is Google Checkout. Again, nothing wrong with that, a lot of etailers use Google checkout. But as someone who actually reads terms and conditions and all the small print ...I refuse to use Google Checkout!\"

Therefore saying that again they do not have a problem with the company, but Google Checkout itself!!!

Lastly, the reviewer explains that the reason for their concern is the person they spoke to on the telephone. Up until that point they were more than happy to deal with the company, but the \"supervisor\" they spoke to wouldn't (and I quote) \"tell me her name, confirm her position within the company or address my problem\"

To be honest. If I called a company and a person within a supervisory role would not disclose their name to me and was highly uncooperative. I probably wouldn't want to trade with that company either.

So... In Summary:

Learn to read.

Then you can comment on a review, before everybody who read's this thinks that you are a idiot.

Just as a finishing remark. I have not had the chance to deal with this company, but their price's look very decent and other comments I have read say that they promtly dispatch goods.

You never know, I may end up buying something from them myself :)

After reading such a scathing review, I would like to add my comments in defence of LC.

I have used LC on numerous occasions and fully understand that an etailer doesn’t hold stock of goods in their administration office.  Why would they?

Would Amazon allow you to visit their admin office to collect and pay for goods in another way? I think not !  Your complaint seems to infer that LC are  a shop and have products in stock, They are an etailer, I do wonder if you actually know what an etailing business is like,  maybe you should get your facts right before writing such scathing criticism, or is that you’re one of these spoilt brats that has to have things your own way I wonder?

Furthermore Google checkout to my knowledge is used for the security of the buyer and also the seller, and monies are not taken until product is in stock unlike Paypal who take payment immediately, then when product is no longer available or out of stock take forever to return your payment back to you,  “I think I know which method I‘d choose for payment”

Anyway, I’m off to order more goods from LC as I have been doing for some time now,  and as always I’ll expect the prompt well priced service as
