I ordered the t-shirts for Halloween in plenty of time but I do not understand why they could not of been sent by royal mail...arrived far to late for us and had to change everything at last minute.No need for a courier to be used.

Large was at least XL maybe XXL. An american large I suppose

The lettering appeared italic which I didnt ask for-I thought maybe the material was stretched or something so i washed the garment to see if that's help settle it.After washing it became apparent that the lettering was indeed italic-having rechecked my instructions that I sent the company,it said,and i quote "all in impact font".It is my belief this was misread as 'all in italic font'.So I'm £26 down and have a sweatshirt I dont wish to wear.I did contact the company but received no reply, apart from one asking for a review.So here it is. The two stars are for the quality of sweatshirt-AWDis is a nice make.

I ordered 'Premium' polo shirts. Some of the shirts I received were clearly marked 'Seconds'. I took a photo of the seconds and sent it immediately for their comments. They did not respond. It seems this company either has no quality control whatsoever or buys seconds and sells them as 'Premium' quality. Buyer beware!

My first impression of this company was quite good , easy to order, fast delivery, good quality product thats where it praise stops i wanted to change one of the colours as no one liked it but no exchange is avbailable so to send back 6 shirts would take me below the minimum number for the specialorder price and i would be charged a diferent rate, after speaking to four different people and no help i will send the whole order back and use a more helpful company !!!

I made my order on a Sunday and by the time it was Thursday and it hadn't got to me I emailed to enquire and was informed that my tshirts are out of stock, no when they will be back in stock though. So I emailed back asking when it will be in stock, a lady called Melissa informed me they do not know but that you's could "upgrade" me to a different tshirt, it was actually a cheaper tshirt so was a downgrade technically, which I said I would be happy to do so long as my colours and sizes wet the same. I didn't get any respone back for 2 days so rang and spoke to Melissa who then did "upgrade", said i would have the difference in price refunded to my account and sent out my stock that day which I recieved two working days later. The stocks great and I'm pleased with it it would of just been nice to have someone gotten in touch with me and keep me informed and not wait till I have to enquire about it, things would have moved along a lot faster. The polo shirt I received is no better than a Tesco basic polo shirt or something you would buy at a £1 shop, I would never order one again and feel a bit annoyed, it's poor quality and nothing like it says on the site

Not great quality but you get what you pay for.

Large value order placed via web-site, goods received quickly, Black sweatshirts ordered in various sizes, after checking our delivery one size was Dark Navy, which we reported immediately via telephone, where we were advised to send one back for them to have a look at, we did this the same day to which we never received any call back, therefore we contacted the company again, which can proves to be very difficult as the telephone isnt always answered!Eventually after a number of calls made we did speak to somebody to which they advised us that they did not agree with us that the sweatshirt wasn't Dark Navy and insisted it was black, at this point we again disagreed and sent in a Black sweatshirt so they could see the comparison for themselves. We have again tried to make contact with them for their opinion via telephone and their e-mail enquiry form and to this day which is now some 21days since this procedure started we are still awaiting any form of contact regarding this matter and considering the value of the order in question and past orders we have placed with this company and in the current trading climate we are appauled at the customer service and response we have received or NOT received and what happened to the old maxim

I received my t-shirts quickly but one had two very obvious holes in it. No reason why this could not have been noticed before delivery, therefore saving a lot of time.
