“Sizes to small”

Very disappointed with my latest order...I ordered the hoody for my daughter and it is way to small specifically on the arms....she is an average 10 year old but the top age 9 - 11 years would go nowhere near her...she was very upset by this

“poor value for expensive cost”

Extremely disappointed in our prints the logo i sent was fluorescent and bight the prints i received are dull and boring and do not represent our business at all. Surely your staff members could see the difference in colour. im really angry as i have spent a ridiculous amount of money on these items

“Good Service Poor Quality T shirts ”

Was looking forward to getting this collection of promotional t shirts. Despite the advertised claim that it was a 24 hour service, it's not. That said the design team were very helpful and delivered in time but not as advertised. The t-shirts which were not supposed to be fitted were, one of them ripped on the shoulder seam as soon as it was put on and the cotton was cheap flimsy and to be totally honest a complete waste of money and could not be used more than once! The online design system is great shame about the product.

“Weird colour tshirt, not soft, hidden costs”

Ordered the premium heavy weight Fruit of the Loom tshirt in burgundy. I expected the deep, rich red like the photo on the site. Instead, it's very washed out, tending towards mauve. Also, the fabric is not soft. I was also dissatisfied with the cost. The £5 setup fee for a design seems like a bit of a joke, I don't see why that should cost money. The 24 hour delivery (which was actually 48) was also very expensive, at £9. But the real kicker was when at the end, it turned out VAT wasn't included! This was a total shock, which respectable business doesn't include VAT in its display prices? Sorely disappointed.

“Stitched up”

My hoodie I ordered with text across the front on two sides of the zip, came back with two different types of stitching on either side of the zip. It says on the website they have experts reviewing the order but clearly that hadn't been done. I had even phoned before to ask whether someone would look at it. Mistakes can happen so I contacted customer service but was very disappointed on how they dealt with us. I was blamed and there was no suggestion on how we can work together to resolve the issue. I have worked with many clothes printing companies before and there customer service is much better. The fact is they are the only ones doing the printed hoodies at the moment so had to work with them. The hoodie is very good quality so I am not complaining about that.

“off colour”

Have used before for sweatshirts which were fine. This time had fleeces. Took over a week to get a simple alteration in the proof correct! When they arrived the text was embroidered so thin that it cannot be read further away than about 6 inches! Really disappointed.

“Poor service ”

Soft shell sizing on the small side, ordered a Large but need XL never buy XL normally. The black polo shirts are printed with website name on rear across shoulders, the print process has left a huge rectangle that is slightly faded/ grey... Could not get through on phone, automated service put me on hold the cut me off. Emailed customer services two days ago and nothing but automated response!

“No support from team”

Emailed on 3 occasions never got a human response. Very quick to point out I hadn't completed my order when I first enquirer online, but that's where the input stopped. Would not use again. Claim their expert support team will check the order and contact if they find any errors, this certainly didn't apply with my order.

“Poor Quality for a rather expensive product”

The delivery process although expensive was fantastic. However the products delivered did not match, the quality of the t-shirts were average however the logos varied in colour. The background aroung the logo was white, not a difficult colour to recreate, however on some shirts the logo was white and others pink, with poor visibility of wording on the logo. These were brought for a promotional event and as a thank you to our team who work hard to make our event run, however we ended up with a mismatched promotional message and what looked like a cheap thoughtless gift to our staff, which actually cost over £20 each...

“Not a great experience”

Good point - quality of finish is good having received my purchase. However - email after email, phone call after phone call trying to get proof to approve. Apparently a problem with email at C2O. When finally got my tshirts design not as requested. Logo too big and my business name missing. Lesson learnt do try something like this online, go to a local company where you can speak in person. Sorry C2O, but not great!

“Garment quality good embroidery poor.”

The quality of the garments are good, polo shirts and Fleeces, but the ability of Clothes2Order to understand what 'artwork' is and match the embroidery to it is sadly lacking. They asked for a pantone colour reference and then totally ignored it. A lot of improvement needed to understand and supply what the customer wants rather than what is the easiest for clothes2Order to produce.

“Cheap tatty shirts”

Embroidery was really good but it did take far too long to get the proofs sorted out. The t shirts are very poor and not all the same shade of pink as requested and the collars on some have rough edges look like cheap seconds. Delivery very poor all shirts thrown together in one bag for the price I would expect each shirt to be wrapped separately and presented well they all need ironing that is more expense.

“Good price, easy to order, bad service”

T-shirts were delivered in 5 weeks instead of 1-2, requests were not answered, t-shirts were not individually packaged. I'd like individual packaging offered for extra if it can't be included and I'd order again as it seems to be still very good value for money. The quality is ok.

“Disappointed with quality control & customer support”

The quality of the goods is okay and I have placed two small orders on a trial basis with the intention of placing larger orders later on. Both orders had problems with the quality of the printing. I emailed a complaint about the first order several weeks ago and have not received any kind or response to date. I just opened the second order and have found that the printing is no better on this. I will NOT be placing any further orders as customer support and quality control seem to be lacking.

“Late, lost and unreliable”

On website order was promised within 7-14 days which would have been in ample time. However, once order had been submitted and received the order was suddley due in 21 days, which was too late for out promotion day. Once contacted (several times) and pushed the orders were ready for my collection. Getting permission to collect was a hassle and several more phone calls. On arrival when told order was ready it was not. Told to come the following day and on arrival of that day only one out of two orders were ready. We managed with this however, was not ideal. When emailed to inform us the other order was ready (after about a week), it had gone missing when we turned up to collect it. We had to wait for a new batch to be run off and once that was ready, the old order turned up too. Dont think we will be using again in a hurry.

“Helpfull customer services. terrible policies”

I ordered a dozen Polo shirts, and was very impressed with cost and ease of ordering, however I wanted to change the size on 4 of the shirts, and was told this could not be done, although they hadnt been embroidered and wereny due for dispatch for another 14 days, delivery was longer then quoted. I was told I could cancel and re order! crazy policy.# I will probably go elsewhere for the shirts.
