I purchased a pressure washer and window cleaner from this company so have used them two times never had a problem with delivery and the items were in great condition.

A very useful tool where the water pressure is high but not high enough to damage paintwork on cars etc. Very good delivery service and the K2 I received was in perfect condition so offered great value for money. Very good service all round.

The quality of karcher products goes without saying. For most of us however cost is an important issue when purchasing larger items. The ability to buy a branded quality product from an outlet source is great. The site itself is clearly laid out and easy to navigate. Product selection,check out,payment are all simple. Additionally communication about delivery was fast and efficient. I have already recommended the site to friends. It was a 5 star experience well done to you guys.

I only found this website by chance, whilst searching for agents to repair my old 'obsolete' machine. The service was excellent and delivery made the next day at a nominal charge. Purchasing a 'refurbished' model, as well as extending the warranty to 12 months, was far more cost effective than returning the old faulty machine for repair. The enclosed paperwork could be improved, as there was no mention of the additional warranty I had purchased, and the emailed invoice did not identify it either. A quick email to 'customer services' and they phoned me the next day to explain that they had all the relevant information on their 'data-base'. All in all, excellant service throughout.

I bought this to clean my patio and I'm glad I did. My old pressure washer was noisy and took forever to clean. This one is a revelation. It's fairly quiet and very powerful. I can clean my patio in a fraction of the time. I had originally baulked at the cost of a new Karcher and felt I could not justify the expense. This re-furb came out a lot cheaper and looks and performs like new. A Karcher at this sort of money is a must! Lots of goodies to add to it too. To date I can't find any negatives about it.

The cleaner had been packaged in two separate parts which fitted together very easily and it was also already charged. The product is very lightweight and easy to use. Once the windows have been cleaned (keep the windows 'wet' when cleaning, otherwise there is a loud sqeaking noise) the bottle can be emptied. Its surprising how dirty the water looks!!! Overall, very pleased.

Cant fault the service received. Item received the next working day after ordering and even received a text telling me the exact time which was very handy and wish more retailers would do this. Product was great and came in new box even though I had ordered a unit that had been "tested" off the production line. Saved a good amount compared to other online retailers but with the back up of Karcher guarantee. Very happy - will use again.

If you want the "best" you should deal with the best. From the minute I logged onto Karchers site it was so easy to view their products and to order was made so simple I would certainly recommend.
