The refurbished item was not reinstated to an as new condition. It resembled more a second hand sale. How many years of use has this had before a small part was fixed and sold on?? I often buy refurbished, but in all other instances the product was in a pristine as new condition. In addition the item was poorly packaged, arrived late and damaged. Will be returning for a full refund and will not be buying refurbished from Karcher Outlet!

I ordered a washer it says 2 to 3 days delivery great i need one for the following weekend so ordered on Sunday night, Thursday came no delivery or an e-mail to say it was delayed or despatched , looked on their web site NO contact number finally found there number on eBay, i then phoned them & got told that it would be next week for delivery i asked why i was not informed about the delay reply was we were getting round to it, what a joke customer service should of told me , now a mad rush to find one before the weekend Getting round to it what do you mean when you can be bothered is that why you have removed the phone number from your site so no one can phone to complain. Not happy I would not recommend
