I called them about my delivery being demaged and they had no problem, even without me sending it first for them to check, with sending me new parts on that day. I got it a day later but it was fine, sent the broken parts back that day and everyone is happy.

I just finished with the customer service and I have to say I was very happy with it. The person on the other end was very helpful and got me the information I needed to know very quickly and was understanding with it. One thing I wasn't too happy about was that I had to type in some personal information which I didn't understand. But, over all it was a good experience.

Ordered two items. Box damaged on one so returned. Customer service was great, clear emails, went extra mile to meet our schedule for redelivery in time for Christmas. Would definitely use again.

My lad’s first proper scooter (not cheap). 3 months in rear wheel sheared in half doing a simple trick (360). Just outside the manufacturer warranty. Spoke to Skatehut by email - they dealt with manufacturer (a few snags initially) but 100% happy with outcome, whereby a new wheel was posted out to our home address. Thanks Skatehut!!

I ordered a hype rucksack for my daughter and after using at school for only two months it broke. I sent pictures of the damaged bag and a refund was offered to me without any quibble. I bought a pair of ES shoes on their site and had it delivered at my work place. After placing the order with PayPal, I realized that probably the name of the company I work for wouldn't be included on the shipping address so I contacted them immediately. I got a reply the next day from their customer service. The price of the shoes was unbeatable. They ship with DPD and I was impressed with the tracking information and service. They immediately informed me that the delivery date would be on a Friday but as it turned out they already arrived a day early. Small remark: the shoes box arrived in perfect condition but it wasn't boxed. I'm a very happy customer and the small remark I gave doesn't really matter considering the service, fast delivery and especially the price I paid for the product.

I pre ordered a longboard knowing that they would be getting more supplies in the next few days but unfortunately they weren't able to get any more in stock. Despite this I was informed of the situation a day after I had put the order through and was offered an alternative. I wasn't charged and no money was taken from my account so I was happy that I was told in advance as opposed to having been kept waiting. The person who emailed me was very nice and understanding. I guess I was ordering a very popular branded longboard so this situation was expected so i'm not too dissapointed. I would say good customer service given they respond very quickly to matters. Given the wide range of items they sell, there are bound to be problems at times but I know many people who recommend and shop with skate hut so my experience won't stop me from shopping with them again.

My son spent £170 on a dream scooter MGP vx7 back in June. All was brilliant until the rear tyre became separated from the alloy wheel rim. My son made an initial approach to skatehut customer services, trying to provide pictures of the scooters damage and condition (to show he hadn't abused it), plus order numbers and dates etc was a bit tedious and my son almost gave up. Buying a second hand replacement wheel from a mate. Then his Dad got a bit peed off with how much the scooter had actually cost & the lack of progress, but it still took a bit of persuading (damage occured 93 days after purchase) to get the right result. I had to point out that the wheel had clearly not been manufactured to the high standards expected and I thought MGP should replace it. Well skate hut dudes sent it off for decision and a new wheel was sent out fairly pronto! Good and fair result for company but more importantly its customer (aged 12 3/4!!)

Ordered a pair of shoes, I didn't receive any confirmation email, after contact with them thorough online support they cofirmed everything was all right and I received the product on time, All good!

We ordered a scooter but had a few problems with it. The aftercare service provided was excellent. They sent out duplicate wheels when required and when a fault occurred with the scooter, they arranged a pick up without cost and provided a full refund. Have purchased from them before and never had a problem. Would highly recommend.

We ordered and got delivered a new deck that got damaged at install. The person I dealt with helped us in a professional and kind manner. Skatehut seem to have understood that with a professional and quick customer support you keep your customers.

I was very exited to order and to recive my first longboard, but because I order it on another card which was not mine, I was dissapointed to see that I cannot track my order. Then, I write them and e-mail. They were very quick and helpful in giving me the parcel's number in order to still be able to track it. I was very happy. Then, it took 3 days for the parcel to arrive. wHich is a great amount of time, taking in consideration the fact that it was a free delivery. I opened it up, it was secured well with some layers of thick brown paper. Was in pristine condition, with guarantee certificate and some concise instructions and also with a sticker. What i would have prefered maybe is for the product to be in its own box, with some bubble wraps or something to make it look like a high quality product. Or maybe it's not. Who knows? I would also maybe liked to have more stickers from them. some flyers or something. Overall, very good experience until now. Good and attentive customer service and the product looks really nice, smartly made and hopefuly it's for a long run.
