Made an application through the Reed website and then followed-up by phone. Guess what? They had not even read my CV and then told me that I didn't meet the necessary criteria. I know that I did meet all of the criteria listed, or else I wouldn't have applied, but I think they just make it up as they go along. Really rubbish and wouldn't surprise me if the job(s) wasn't real. If they're not actually reading CVs and studying the applications sent in for so-called 'urgent' vacancies, you have to ask whether they are genuine vacancies. I suspect they aren't.
