Ordered oil back in november still no oil, no reply to emails not sure I will get my money back because I think it's all just a conn! karma you f@*!ers!

I too have had the same problem ordered oil from this rubbish company on 2nd Feb still heard nothing, no answer to emails, not answering telephone calls, website just disappeared. am hoping to claim back with my bank but really hope this company get their payback for all the problems they have caused people for taking their money!

Another victim of Golocate fuel. Ordered in November and kept being fobbed off time and again. January cancelled and asked for money back. Told it would take no more than 30 days but still waiting. Now no reply to e-mail and no money. Any advice. Ana

As with eveyone else here, we've been conned.I doubt there will be any new victims as from today the website does not exist, nor it seems does the company or my money.

Unfortunately I have also become a victim of this company. It has been over 30 days and no refund. Shame I read the review until after I placed the order. Very quick to take you money but they will not give them back. I have contacted Watchdog and trading standards in Wales so hoping I will get some justice. If you were conned by this company, please let bbc watchdog know as they are more likely to investigate! I will keep trying to recover my money. I wish I paid by credit card my worries would be over now!

I ordered fuel in December: it still hadn't arrived in early February so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. No reply to my emails and their phone is not answered. I paid by debit card but my bank (Barclays) have been brilliant and refunded me. I should have done my on-line research before using Go-Locate Fuel.

Please do nor order from this company. I am having warning bells ringing as they cannot be contacted. No one answers their phone number.
Leaving messages is no good either as no one gets back to you.
I rang the consumer protection today, alerted Which and am going alert Ofcom. Something is not right there.

Do Not order from these con men. Take your money but do not deliver any oil.

Go Locate did not deliver the oil, which I ordered and paid for, within their own delivery time. When I cancelled the order (over a month ago) they said it would take 30 days to process a refund. I am still waiting for my money back.

Go Locate are now not answering phones or email and appear to have done a runner, or been put out of business, yet their website is still up.

Hoping that my bank are able to return the money I paid on my debit card...

I ordered 1000 litres of heating oil on November 4th for an express delivery. The oil never arrived and I subsequently cancelled the order at the first opportunity without running the risk of having 15% deducted for the pleasure of having to cancel (due to non-delivery). After many unanswered emails and phone calls, and non-returned promised phone calls, we finally received our refund (AFTER the 30 days mentioned in their Terms and Conditions). I have nothing but contempt for this company, and would urge anybody thinking of placing an order with them not to - it has only led to hardship and alot of worry.

Absolute nightmare company. Order placed, couldn't give delivery date so I had to get emergency supply from elsewhere and tried to cancel. Was told they would be charging 15% for cancellation but decided to give 100% after I told them I had contacted Trading Standards. Still waiting for refund and no reply to correspondance to them. Please avoid.

I feel i too have been conned by Go Locate Fuel for Central Heating Oil.!

I cant afford to lose £484. i PAID THIS ON 27th november. All the same as the other comments, heard nothing after 2wks and when called was told the same, supplier problems. I too have asked for a refund and told 30days. I was ok for oil when i paid them but of course now i am v v low. Cant afford to buy any more oil and live in rural wales. The staff are rude and not bothered and now dont answer any calls or e mails. I have told my bank and they will pursue it after 30days. The site should be taken down, they are taking money under false pretences.!!! This site makes you have to give them a rating but they should not have any at all. Do not loose your money to them as well !!

Fortunately, I paid by visa, so the bank is getting my money back. Have written to inform them they are in breach of contract and now intend to pursue a claim against them in the small claims court. Incidently, their terms and conditions are unlawful - they claims the have no responsibility for negligence by Go Locate - this cannot be done legally, no company can disclaim responsibility for negligence.
