Order placed online for furniture quoted 10-21 days delivery. Full payment taken via my credit card and then SILENCE, except to cancel a now discontinued bed, which was stated as AVAILABLE on their website. I had heard nothing further after 3 weeks so called to be told that I would have to wait a further 2 weeksfor my furniture. 4 weeks later...SILENCE. No communication, no service or follow up from Ironically name AVAILABLE BEDS They are just sitting pretty with £467 of my money after 7 weeks. The worst level of customer service. Do not trust their information.

Quick delivery for a memory foam mattress- Cannot fault them.

Got a great deal for a few pieces of High gloss Knightsbridge furniture, delivered in 4 weeks as promised by the sales staff. Delivery was the best part of the sales experience as the the guys helped me get the furniture into the bedroom and I checked it. I am a single parent and another company from Wales quoted me £100 to take the furniture upstairs.

I Bought a fantastic mirrored bedroom range from www.availablebeds.com including a mirrored bed which I had not seen anywhere else before.

Within a week a delivery team arrived and assembled the furniture as part of the service and its fantastic.

Well done available beds as I tried to but this from another company and it arrived damaged and had trouble getting me money back.
