Bella Bathrooms Premier Gloss White Cabinet

It took 5 weeks to deliver the showers despite numerous promises of "it will be dispatched tomorrow". The back to wall basin they sent was completly different to the one advertised and they would not replace it or refund my money. A company full of lies and broken promises. I would rather pay a little more money than use these cowboys again.

Don't buy from Bella Bathrooms!

Customer service is awful. Delivery is slow - it took over 3 weeks for my product to be delivered - with no communication as to the reason why.

They don't answer calls or emails.

They make you pay for returning products when it's their fault you have to return the item!

They ask you to rate their product on their site, but they don't let you give negative comments. They only accept positive comments so it looks as though they're a great company.

Don't waste your time, money or energy. Buy from another supplier.

They sent me a cracked bath and would not let me return it because i had had it for 3 days and not unwrapped it.

Very unhappy customer avoid at all costs this is a cowboy outfit.

Superb company very helpful kept me upto date with my order had no problems with the delivery they were out of stock but got in touch straight away informed me of when they would be available and gave me 3 options including a refund when the product arrived it was in good order solid construction and looked like i paid alot of money for it I will use this company again I must admit that after I had made my purchase and read some the reveiws I was concerned but I need not of worried it was good from start to finish

Two things to be aware of here: firstly, the unnamed brands (e.g the "Premier Gloss White" range) are regarded as "budget" ranges and expectations of quality should be adjusted accordingly. Secondly, read their conditions of sale VERY carefully, there are lots of caveats you should note.

I bought a small 3-drawer gloss-white wooden cabinet with RRP 180 GBP, reduced to 90 GBP, with 25 GBP shipping. Does a cabinet originally worth 180 GBP sound like a "budget" range to you? Mine came with a big chip out of the corner, and a bottom drawer that would not close quite flush with the others. I was told that they would "happily refund" on the damage, but, for the ill-fitting drawer - I should not have expected perfection from a "budget" range. Of course, you can return things for a refund, but the conditions of sale dictate you must return items such as I bought at your own expense, original packaging must be fully intact (I had to rip the box down the seam just to get the item out!), and, for something that was apparently damaged in the post - must be returned without further damage.

I received no responses to anything beyond my initial email, and a phone conversation did not fill me with the confidence I required to pursue a refund. So, I chose to fix the ill-fitting drawer and hide the chip with some filler and gloss paint, rather than throw another 35 GBP postage at the problem and pray for a good result.

Had they offered to pick up the faulty, poor-quality, goods, like many retailers would (e.g. John Lewis, etc.) - then I expect this would have been a completely different story. Their overly-tightened conditions of sale, combined with their attitude to quality and returns alone will prevent me from ever shopping with them again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
