I ordered my son a BMX on the Bikes4Familes website, I was unsure how long delivery would take but it did say in stock, the bike was for my sons birthday in a weeks time from order so I felt this was ample time for delivery, I spoke with them the next morning and was informed my order had been received and was being dispatched that day and delivered by Courier the day after, brilliant, a weight of my mind, within 2 days for delivery, also prices are very reasonable. After considerable searching shops and websites for a suitable bike for my grandson we particularly liked the design and look not gimmicky.Another attraction was the light weight frame. We were initially attracted by the manufacturers name.

This is one company that I'd definitely recommend. I ordered my bike on Monday afternoon, had a text on Tuesday to tell me delivery was due next day, and it arrived before 8am. Although the last point relates more to the delivery company, I didn't have to pay for this service and it's nice to know that free delivery doesn't mean second class service.

The bike itself was really excellently packaged. Tools (Allen key, multi-spanner) were provided for fixing and I'm pleased to say that everything looks good. Note that as usual tyres aren't shipped full of air, but that's not a problem (just remember to bring a pump).

The price was much lower than I'd seen it elsewhere so I'm very pleased. This is definitely a company that I'd be recommending to others as a place to buy a bike!

Having researched a lot of BMX's, i found Bikes4familes competitive and speedy in the delivery of the bike. Following a short ride time on the bike one of the peddles broke, unlike other companies the owner of bikes4families immediately arranged replacements to be sent through. communication was by return of email and the replacement parts were we me within 3 days.

I would highly recommend any one considering purchasing a bike to use this company.
