I booked with this company to visit Finland to watch bears. The hotel was mediocre and lacked any personality. Excursions were all booked up. The company failed to check my returning connecting flight times and missed the fact that flights clashed. Left at Helsinki airport, waiting for a new flight, which was then delayed. When I returned they made all the right noises, but they couldn't have cared less. They showed their true customer care and I still feel upset at their response.

Booked my wedding in Lapland with this company. They sold it very well. As I work a lot, I wanted/needed a company that would organise everything, prompt me, ask me what I would like and get it sorted. This is what I was paying them a LOT of money to do. They were supposed to take me "step-by-step" through the legal document stage of the process. I heard nothing and had to do it myself, blind and with very poor, inaccurate information and advice. Which, if I'd have listened to, there would have been no wedding. I have had emails which were clearly templates from other couples weddings (they didn't even have the courtesy to change the names). I have had numerous emails regarding my wedding where details have been incorrect. When questioned, the "honest" response was another apology for "not changing the personalised details on a previously used template". I have not even been asked about a colour scheme type of flowers etc. Names of my wedding guests have been incorrect. My wedding coordinator left the company and after 3 months of attempted contact, was FINALLY told she wouldn't be coming back. She has since been replaced by a man who clearly has no idea regarding weddings, what's involved, let alone the stresses. When booking this trip for a large family group, an excursion was supposed to be included. It is mentioned in the proposal I was sent PRIOR to booking. They have since advised that this was a miss print and once again was another parties proposal. Therefore, no excursion will be given. My advice to anyone looking to book the type of "experience" that this company offers, is to book you flights, accommodation and excursions yourself. It will be more cost effective and way less hassle and stressful than experiencing this incompetent company...
