Ordered Sovereign Antique rug excellent and quick delivery and rug looks great just what we wanted. Liked it so much immediately ordered another once again delivery.

I recently ordered a new runner rug for the hall, I was delighted that many of my favourite Morris & Co designs were on offer. I had to pre-order and expected a bit of a wait but just over a week later the rug was on its way. It arrived very well wrapped and the rug exceeded my expectations. It looks beautiful. I ordered the red Strawberry Thief design and the colours are lovely - the rug is nice and thick and has made the hall look fabulous.

Bought this rug after seeing it in a holiday rental we stayed in. Very quick delivery and it looks lovely in our living room. Sheds a bit at the mo as it’s wool but I’m sure this will decrease with time. Good value. Very happy customer.

It seemed rather extravagant when I could have purchased a much cheaper rug but it is fine quality and will compliment the new design of my sitting room.

I contacted customer service regarding a delivery date problem and the very helpful man sorted it for me. The rug was delivered on the arranged day as promised. I bought a quadrant shower mat because I couldn't get the right colour elsewhere. It's so good I bought a second one, and pedestal mats to match. Lovely quality, non-slip backing and quick drying.

My experience didn't match of any of these negative ones. I ordered 2 rugs 2 days ago and had my order and payment confirmed very quickly by email. After reading these reviews I panicked and rang the company to check on timescales. The guy I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful; unfortunately one of the rugs was out of stock and I was given the options of waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, a full refund or choosing an alternative rug. I chose the last option and received a callback in minutes and an email confirming our conversation. Both rugs arrived less than 24 hours later and they're beautiful. Extremely good quality, soft and thick and my German Shepherd, who is also soft and thick, is in heaven and has barely stood up since they arrived. Can't recommend this company enough, both for customer service and quality of product!
