Asked for engraved St Christopher keyring "Safe Travels Tashi" and got "Stay Travels Tashi".Tried to email as on "returns" advise. Didn't go through so writing here.

Im sure it was a lovely gift but it was a glass that was packaged in tissue paper and broke before we even got to see what it was like. I would recommend that you use bubble wrap for glass packages in the future

The birthflower seed box for December was bought as a birthday present and there is nothing good I can say about this product. The product was in essence a tiny flower pot and a pack of seeds with the price on the seeds of £1.85 This is a very disappointing product and is extremely poor value for money. I would not recommend it.

Will never buy from Not on the high street or oh so cherished again - ordered as guaranteed delivery stated by 21st December - bought as a gift as going on holiday on 22nd - still not received - emailed but unsympathetic email received in return.... Avoid this site/member......

Item was added to basket and said delivery would be by Saturday. Which was needed as gift was no use after that day. I am at Monday and still not arrived. Thanks for ruining someone's birthday oh so cherished and not on the high street! I would strongly advise taking your business somewhere more reliable. Don't touch with a barge pole....

Very disappointing. Paid for a personalised photo album and asked for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Contacted company and stated they could not understand this. Stated must be a problem with Royal Mail. Premises this was being delivered to was open 24/7. Therefore delivery should not have been a problem. Contacted company and they stated they would send another one and surprise surprise they did not deliver. Contacted again to be told they had run out of stock, yet stock is showing on order page. Very poor communication and very disappointing. Think carefully about ordering from this company. Let me down badly and did not respond or confirm refund including next day postage. Website looked really good but service was terrible

Hi There,
Thanks so much for your review, good or bad, however, I'm a little confused though as to your poor review...
We sent your product out as quoted on the dates quoted and sadly your parcel got lost in the post by Royal Mail, not ideal but sadly these things happen from time to time. It's increadiably inconvenient for both parties.
We then sent another parcel out asap on a next day delivery service to ensure you receive it in time. On the 5th April it was attempted to be delivered. On the 6th it was collected and signed for by yourself from the sorting office. The poor review followed on the 11th April well after the parcel was received and signed for.
If you had further problems we would have been more than happy to talk this through and get resolved for you.

Despite ordering a birthday keepsake box in plenty of time for the event, I was let down 3 days before the day I needed it. When ordered, the box was shown as "in stock" on the website. I was informed this was a supplier issue and the box supplied was not up to standard. Today I have viewed the website and the box in question is still shown "in stock" and available to order? I would have expected the item to be removed from sale to avoid disappointing other customers.

Very dissapointing as i brought 2 and both have scratches on the pearl embelishment so quality control of what is dispatched to customers is no existant! Yvette simmons Order: 258557

Thanks for your comments. Sorry you were so disappointed in the product. Our quality control is super here but unfortunately when books are sealed we cannot open every one individually as you can appreciate. You are right in your comment about the products not being up to scratch, we have stopped selling these products as they do not meet our quality.

Bought a wedding planner as a gift through NOTHS. There were spelling mistakes in it (picked up by the person who received the gift). - Possible with a double 'b', really?!? Spell check!? You also have to sort through the pages and add them in yourself - who has time for that?! Anyway, the planner is still being sold despite my complaint. After all the embarrassment of all this shoddy quality gift, all they offered was £5 back.

Hi There,
We really appreciated our customer letting us know there was a small spelling error within our loose leaf wedding planner, it had not come to our attention {GASP!}
Our customer was offered a full refund on the product if she returned it via freepost… and we emailed ginormous, massive, huge apologies. She wouldn't accept either sadly :-(
Luckily the planner is loose leaf and the page could easily pop out. We felt it didn't effect the quality or flow of the planner. We tired so hard!
We still sell our wedding planner as we have now re-printed.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago on OhSoCherished and am still waiting for it. I had to email them twice before recieving a response and even then there was no apology she just replied I will pass this on to Sales. Of course, he did not get back to me and I have since sent another 2 emails asking for an update. The money has been removed from my paypal account yet I am still waiting for my goods. It is an absolute joke and I will not be ordering from this unproffesional company again.

I placed an order on the 2nd May for the little booties photo album for a friends birthday present which was out of stock at the time but had stated underneath that it would be back in stock within 7 days plus delivery. I did not recieve this item till 21st May with no notification that the item was going to be delayed, they had taken my money and I also missed the birthday it the item was for. I would not recommend ordering from this site and I personally will never order from here again.

Hi There, Through your review we have found your order placed with us. As we don't get many reveiw's like yours we take them very seriously. I have personally looked through your order and on numerous occasions we have emailed you to notify of the delay? When correspondence is made with a customer it is noted within their order, in the time frame we have emailed you twice to inform you, we even emailed to see if you would like to change the product.
I am so sorry you haven't received our emails, we do as a company with 'sales' in our email address have great problems with customer email from yahoo, gmail, virgin, hotmail etc accounts as our emails just get put into spam or junk, resulting in you not seeing our messages.
If you were so unhappy I would have loved you to have just got on the phone to us so we could sort out asap for you. It's a great shame as you have gone away unhappy. This could have been the start of a beautiful relationship!
