The websites for both Key Search and Inkfish are now disabled. I guess that tells you all you need to know about the affiliation between these companies.

I wish I researched this company and read reviews before.

Basically they contacted me about a 1 year SEO service - said seemed ok and then called to get my credit card details - said not payment would be taken until I was happy with outline what they were going to do and services. After that call they NEVER contacted me again! I noticted over 700 pounds were taken from my account and thought that was odd as they did not have my website log in details to make changes etc. Next I called and nobody would answer phone. Did these for several days with multiple emails and NO RESPONSE. Alarm bells were going off now.

Next time I looked at their website is said they were closing and going into liquidation so contacted my bank and made a police fraud report - now I understand having read all the posts that they seem a professional fraudster and there is a thisisnottingham report about similar fraud claims if you google Daniel Carney, keysearch. Can't believe it as there website looked professional, had fixed office address, landline.

Now there website is back listed but no contact number is stated. Beware of them and I am still waiting to hear from police and my bank who are taking action against this scum fraudster. I hope he gets what he deserves with a big jail sentence.

Last year we were invited to join there 'consultancy' with a view to improving Google ratings, slick pitch, good price, how could we resist? We paid our money and took our chances. Have since tried to contact them to no avail "we'll call you back in a jiffy"...

Last week Inkfish illegally tried to take money from our credit card and would have succeeded had we not checked on-line whom they were...these are the same guys that started 'granny bashing' in the 70's only this time in suits!!

After a very bad expierience with key Search - they did not achieve any of the claims re optimisation and refused to refund our money as promised at the time of sale - we finally reclaimed the money through Mastercard who did a great Job.

Today we get our Mastercard statement to see an amount charged from Ink Fish Creative Ltd - We have contacted Mastercard and they apprear to have picked up the Key Search clients billing details - I wonder how!! Mastercard will attempt to recover this payment.

Check your card statements - it cant just be us!

Full of promises but total lack of substance. My company used Key Search Consultancy who were full of promises, once payment was received by them there was a total lack of communication. They eventually got my website to page 20 after a year of work then refuse to answer any of my emails. My best advise is to AVOID

I don't know where to start, more or less like everyone on here I have been totally conned out of my money. They charged me twice but I eventually was lucky and noticed and got my money refunded after I got in touch with the credit card company. Of course I gave them FTP access to my site and what did they do they had numerous redirects on the site and infected the site with trojan horses and advertisements. I cant believe I was stupid enough to let this happen but they really looked a genuine company.

All in all I feel for the genuine SEO companies out there because this has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Had a terrible time with this company, was lied to from start to finish, took more money from my account than I had agreed to, did promise to pay me back but only after I threatened to bring the police in, and only started the work on my website again when I threatened them with the police. The works never been finished, never got my money back and have now ended up with a website thats not working. Now having to have another look at my site and try to sort it out, problem being keysearch have the passwords. Keysearch was a registered company and have illegally closed down without calling in the administrators. I too was told by that there was a money back guarantee.

Their website http://www.keysearchconsultancy.com/ now states that all customers would receive details in the post.. I for one have not received anything?? And i suprised by this because they seemed such a trust worthy company and never let me down... Apart from the obvious taking money unlawfully out of my account and not doing the work they promised...

They tried to get money only 2 weeks ago from my business , they knew they were going into liquidation.

I was promised to be number one in three months.

This never happened.

Please do not send them your bank details as they said to me that they had mine and were going to take it.

I said no they had no right and they just hung up.

I was a lucky one please use other companies.

I am onto you.

I have reported your company for fraud after 2 amounts of money were taken from my bank without my permission, these WERE NOT RENEWALS and the police fraud team totally agree with me and this is being taken VERY seriously by them.

How you can sleep at night is totally beyond me.
