“Constantly fobbed off”

Ordered jigsaw on 25th November & it has never arrived. They never gave proper replies to my delivery enquiries, just fobbed me off. When it didn't arrive for Christmas they blamed the Post Office. It still hasn't arrived in mid-January. At least they gave a quick refund when I raised a PayPal dispute.

“Poor service”

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on the 26th of November and it still hadn,t arrived by Xmas. I emailed on more than a couple of occassions and after being given excuses and failed delivery dates I resorted to a refund which was prompt in coming unlike the jigsaw. The annoying thing was that while I was still waitng for the overdue Jigsaw I was getting emails offering me other items for sale and asking me to fill in a complimentary review!!! I will never use this company again.

As I have not received the order of the jigsaw I can only say it is a poor service if in fact it really exists. No repyies to repeated emails I have sent s o as far as I am concerned, forget it, and never again for me.

I have recently been introduced to Alljig through trawling the net as I wanted a puzzleboard. I found the Company to be really helpful, descriptions of goods and service excellent, delivery by courier the first time excellent and even though I was out at time of delivery parcel was left with neighbour. Second order delivered by first class post and arrived on Monday morning (order placed late Friday evening). Goods well packed and so far I am delighted with the puzzles received. Very friendly service and good to feel I am dealing with a small local company. For some reason the word "terrible" has been printed in "Value for Money" box, I cannot get rid of this word but it should read "EXCELLENT~"

There is nothing that I can complain about. From ordering to receipt only one day later without a problem. The delivery was, exceptional. Packed properly. I have not started the jigsaw yet but I am sure it will be o.k.

I tried to order on -line 2 jigsaw puzzles, due to a problem I can only presume to be with Amozon the order was not processed. To add to the confusion I received an e-mail from yourselves acknowledging the order plus confirmation that the order was received.I am therefore a bit reluctant to actually order anything else as I do not wish to give my card details to amazon again and the order is not processd .

“Fails to deliver”

Bitterly disapointed with service, despite web-page promises, stock was unavailable, phone number advertised gives pre-taped message, and postage and packaging option default set to "overnight" adding £1.79p instead of free within 3-5 days as implied Quick to email shot "offers" yet I have more chance of going to the moon on a bike then actually talking to someone in person. It does not matter whether you sell 5 or 15,000,000 products, customer sercice should be paramount, and I am afraid found this lacking. Should these issues be resolved in a satisfactory manner, I am more than happy to revisit this review and update accordingly.

“Awful-ruined my daughters birthday”

1. Delivery. Despite stating across the top of the page (boasting it looks like) that orders are sent with next working day delivery as standard. I have been told this morning it is not a guarantee. Don't write on the webpage if it is not the case as that is both dishonest and I would say an issue for trading standards. 2. Customer services. No person to talk to about any issues,you have to waste time back and forth via email, which just makes my blood boil. A simple 10 minute conversation via phone, turns into an excrutiating 2/3/4 hour long back and forward via email. 3. Price is not everything. Another company does jigsort, few pounds more expensive, they have a customer services telephone number (yay) and I will get my daughters must have Birthday present on her birthday tomorrow GUARANTEED. To summarize, I would shop around for a company who can fulfil any delivery requests properly and if they cannot, set out a clear way of compensating you, this other company have promised either the jigsort on time or they will refund both delivery cost and £20 good will gesture. Now that is how you KEEP customers. Thanks ALLJIGSAWS for trying your very hardest to stress me out and spoil my daughetrs birthday, and thanks for doing nothing to fix the stuation.

We are very sorry the problems you had on this delivery. We dispatched the order the day you ordered on a next day delivery service.

Unfortunately the couriers couldn't access the flats where you are (as you say you saw the courier outside) but you didn't collect it from them. I spoke with the delivery company at length to try and sort this out for you. Then as per your request we have rearranged delivery to your work address.

I am really sorry that Interlink let us both down. It's not the service we expect or pay for. We try hard because if you are unhappy we loss a customer which is clearly not good for anyone. Clearly they made a mistake for which I am sorry.

Unfortunately due to staff sickness on our busiest few days of the year we couldn't take your call. But every email you sent was replied to within 30 minutes. We are working long hours to ensure all orders are sent within 24hrs (often same day) and that all emails are delt with fast.

I understand that you where upset and we have tried to help but please also consider the person dealing with your enquiry is a real human and the tone of your email was most unhelpful / boarding on threatening. Clearly mistakes happen and we will always do our best to help. We only survive on repeat customers, it's in our interest to keep customers happy.

Again I am sorry.

“Jigsaw Puzzle”

I had order my Jigsaw on 2 Nov. Website promise that it will be delivered home the very next day. Till date I have not received my puzzle. Also there is no phone to contact or complain. Customer service on website does not work, I have submitted my concern but no reply till date. Very disappointed about loosing money and not getting item in time.

The puzzles were the same price as you would expect to pay from an ordinary store; on line it should be much cheaper. Did not deliver 'next day' as was stated in advert. Beware of 'freebies', which might not be what was offered, and could be a great disappointment.

“WEBS WORST COMPANY”

I ordered a personalised jigsaw on 04/10/2011 and received assurances that it would be delivered in time for a very special family holiday reunion starting on Sunday 18/09/2011. On the 15/09/2011 I received an e:mail from Ryco Original Jigsaws Ltd. stating that they had received my order from all jigsaw puzzles but without the attached photo and could I forward a copy on which I did. I then got another e:mail from all jigsaws asking me to write a review in this forum, I contacted all jigsaws explaining that I required the jigsaw for a special family reunion and I was informed in a very short unapologetic e:mail that there was no chance of my special jigsaw being ready on time and that was it as far as they were concerned, a 5 pound discount voucher code was included with this e:mail, which obviously will not be used, along with a promise of a full refund returned to my bank account which as of 04/10/2011 surprise surprise I have not yet received although I have received a further three e:mails thanking me for my custom and hoping I am enjoying my jigsaw. I hope this review is of some help to potential customers.

How disappointing. I ordered a personalised 1000 piece jigsaw and uploaded a beautiful photo of a manor house in the snow.

The speed of service was impressive, but I rather wonder if this was at the expense of quality. When the jigsaw arrived, within 36 hours of ordering, it was dark and dingy, and of a completely different image quality from the photo as I see it on my screen and as I have it printed and framed. The image I know is SO much lighter, brighter, sunnier and more colourful than the image on the jigsaw. This was the very reason I chose this image - I certainly wouldn't have it printed and framed if it appeared as it does on the jigsaw!

When I complained to the company, they at first tried to argue with me about the difference between onscreen images and printed ones. I am not stupid and of course I understand that - but when I explained that I do have a beautifully printed version of the image, they told me that the best they could do is make me another jigsaw, if I post in the version I have to prove that it can be printed true to the original colours and light, but that they would charge me another 50% plus p&p for the privilege!!

I have never heard of a company charging to replace a poor quality product, and I have decided not to throw good money after bad.

It seems from other reviews that this company may be excellent at speed and therefore good to use for ordering ready made jigsaws, but from my experience and that of others it's clear that their customer service and production of personalised items leaves a great deal to be desired. How disappointing.

All Jigsawpuzzles suggests you send files at the exact dimensions to fit their templates for a personalized jigsaw. They also say they will use their "experienced discretion" to crop or add a coloured border to photo's of differing proportions.
I sent All Jigsawpuzzles a wedding group photo thinking they would make a "subjective decision" and add a border. Instead they just cropped through the two people on each end. When I emailed to complain they offered to charge me half price to have it reprinted with a border.
In the email they sent me they said "Our team of experienced image setters have to make these decisions when customers do not send in their picture already to the correct jigsaw size and look carefully at each picture before making that decision. This subjective decision is not an automated procedure, but the consideration of a real person."
I still can't understand why an experienced image setter ("real person") would actually "decide" to crop such an image this way.- Surprisingly poor service.
