Auto West BMW Service Center, Roseville

Auto West BMW and BMW Canada are unethical and their business practices to take care of customers is sub-standard. I have always taken my car to BMW dealership for Service in Seattle for honest, upfront, accurate service. I put my trust in Auto West BMW from my previous experience with BMW dealership. Unfortunately, I was wrong to have blind trust in all BMW service centres. Auto West BMW lied to me to increase invoice total, inflated estimate by convincing me to perform unnecessary service on the car. When confronted by questions, they hid behind BMW policies and referred me to deal with BMW Canada. BMW Canada customer service should not ever claim themselves service department. They are unethical and their decisions are driven by short term financial gains rather than a long term business relationship. After such experience with Auto West BMW and BMW Canada, I have no faith in BMW's service integrity and I will not recommend taking anyone's car to this dealership for service.
