Advent Modena T3100

This laptop has the following spec:

Intel Celeron Dual-Core T3100 (1.9 GHz), Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium, 2048 MB , Hard drive: 320 Gb, DVD-RW rewriter, Black shell, 15.6 Widescreen

I paid £329 at PC World for this B ports and enough slots and sockets for most purposes.The webcam is reasonably clear and the mic is good also.Only three things let the side down in my opinion, these are as follows:

1.With the laptop open, the lid and keyboard both have a sharp edge to them,enough to take skin off if your hand bangs against them.

2.The battery life is only about 1 hour or so,NOT the 3+ hours claimed.

3.The touchpad is AWFUL,and is not adjustable for sensitivity.When at home, I plug in a (NOT Advent!)mouse.

Apart from these niggles, a decent bit of kit for the price.
