i'd just like to say how happy i was with service from this shop, i had been trying to buy a chainsaw for my hubby, the service i found was very good, i was was pretty indecisive and the chap in shop was happy to go through all my options without being 'pushy salesman'. i got a spare chain and gloves plus discounted price. And to top it off my hubby is very pleased with his new gift!! +++

Plus i'd like to add how nice it is to have such a shop in calne, when at times calne can be left feeling a bit left out when it comes shopping. So bring on more shops like this and keep shopping locally!

Please Please avoid this shop if you want to save money. I needed a spring for a strimmer head and the proprietor tried selling me a whole new strimmer head instead. The price for a new spring which I found on ebay afterwards was £1.48 and the price this guy tried to sell me a strimmer head for was £23. Even when I asked him can you phone up and see if they supply springs he didnt even say he'd try he just said "they dont do em". Very poor on customer service, and only out to line his own pockets.
