Just bought a brand new fridge freezer and washing machine from Fires-Cookers and their service was top notch. Calling them is a bit of a pain and the hold times are high but they delivered the goods (free of charge) the driver rang my wife an hour before he arrived and he delivered the goods bang on time. Their online tracking system they promise didn't work which wasn't the most convenient but apart from that we will definitely be using Fires-Cookers again.
