Made an order for some outdoor lights and led lamps to suit on the 9th of October for an order totalling more than £310. Phoned them on the 14th and eventually got through to be told that they were out of stock have been trying to e mail and phone all day today 15th to try and get a refund the 0845 number is not accepting call and there is no reply from e mails

BE VERY WARY OF ONLINE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY FROM WHAT I HAVE FOUND OUT SO FAR THEY ARE DROP SHIPPERS

Found this site on the net. I had been looking for some good quality outdoor lights for a while but the price had put me off then I found these guys and they were a lot cheaper. I bought one first as I was a bit sceptical but exactly the same as in my local electrical wholesaler but literally at half the price. Bought the rest and some cheap bulbs all delivered two days later. Spoke to them by email, very efficient.

I recieved good sound advise from Netlec when I purchased some GU10 Low Energy lamps for my house that I did not even know excisted. I was using the old type 50W GU10 lamps that are expensive and blowing every week :( Anyway I purchased the 11W Low energy version which I am very happy with. Thanks Netlec and keep up teh good work.

Good website, however, it P'd me off as when my order arrived they had stuck a promotion code in for a 10% discount! I hate it when people do that! Just had it on a pair of trainers I bought also. Anyway products arrived OK and service is good. ONLY ADVISE IS: search for PROMO CODES as they often have them it turns out after my emial of complaint. Mine was "Electrify" valid until end of this month October 2010 if anyone wants to use it. Happy shopping. x

Good site, easy to navigate, obviously supply a lot of items to the trade but have everything needed for a normal house job. Only downside was that I ordered at 5pm and couldn't get next day delivery, but they did contact me to tell me this would be the case and the goods all arrived safe and sound the day after as promised.

Some fittings come with lamps and some don't have them, but there is a prompt to tell you this and I suppose if you already have some lamps this could save you some money.

Almost forgot, the price was very good!!

Netlec, All the products I ordered arrived on time, and I am very pleased with service and items supplied. The products were all as pictured / specified and packaged well to avoid damage. Netlec emailed to confirm the order had been despatched and followed up with an email a day after the order arrived to check all was okay. Personal service and efficient, I will use them again especially as they provide 10% off voucher. Recommended!
