I was excited when I got the machine. It was brilliant at the start, but with persistent use, some issues arose. The handles presented the most problem. It is attached to the main moulded block on the engine itself, which is a composite metal. Four large bolts are used to secure the main handles to it. Part of the block, where the bolts attach broke off. I now rely on the three remaining bolts. In 6 months, the cross bar that connects the two main handles, and houses the ignition switch snapped off. The grey toolbox shown on the above image sits on top of this cross bar. This is due to the fact that is it almost impossible to fully tighten the handles at the adjustment point. It therefore ensure lots of movement, hence parts of the handles snapping off. The engine seems great, so I have no problems with the performance and the job the rotavator can do, however the handles and how they connect to the machine lets an otherwise strong contender down badly. If anyone can tell me where I can get replacement parts, or even additional part of this machine, I would appreciate it. [email protected]
