Not the broadest choice of new season styles but very well priced and fast delivery. I'll be shopping there again and would recommend it to family and friends. :)

I bought a new jacket and pants on quite short notice only 2 days before i was going away but it was such good value i couldn't resist. The sales team were very helpful in sorting out a next day delivery for me and i was excited to get my new gear. It arrived dead on time the next day, the stuff was exactly what i wanted just one annoying mistake! Who ever packed up my stuff hadn't taken the security tags off the jacket and i was going in the morning. Theres not a store anywhere near where i lived so it was a real inconvenience. I tried to get a few local shops to take it off for me but they were reluctant coz it did look a bit dodgy! in the end i broke it off with some pliers risking damaging the goods; luckily it worked out ok. Overall very helpful company, great value, would definitely recommend to a friend and will use them next time i need some new gear.

Great value and customer service plus quick delivery but I was a bit disappointed that a couple of items I ordered that were 'in stock' were in fact out of stock when it came to delivery. Shall shop with 2 Seasons again though as overall I was very pleased.

I ordered a Giro 9 helmet (£27) and a Salomon ski jacket (£69) online, both of which were 60+% off so the prices were great. I'd been in to the Northampton store on Wellingborough road and had fab service from one of the team there who showed me what they had in store but then also showed me the online selection. I ordered online that night and was impressed that the delivery arrived 2 days later. I liked the fact that I received a text on the day advising me of the delivery time. When I opened the package there was a scribbled note to say one of the items (the jacket)was out of stock. It wasn't until nearly a week later that I received email confirmation of this and a refund. Its frustrating when a system allows you to order online but its not in stock as when you are buying in the sales, losing a couple of days often means missing out on bargains elsewhere. As it happened, my 2nd choice jacket had also sold out by the time I tried to re order. Overall I would recommend the site due to the prices and speed of delivery and certainly the shop, I guess I'm just frustrated that the website was not up to date!

TwoSeasons, This was my first time purchasing goods from TwoSeasons' website. Great customer service support. All my email questions were answered promptly and helpful (especially thanks to Charlotte). The only complaint I have is that when I received my Burton Snowboard, it did NOT come with the standard Burton plastic cover and the board had a few scratches on the surface. Very practical site overall, fast delivery and very lovely items. I've received my ski jacket in two days and was really happy about it - Easy to return if you have any issues with sizing, my friend returned an item and got his money back within 5 days. Highly recommend Two Seasons!

The website was really easy to navigate around, clear menus for different sports/gender etc. search feature is right in the middle of the page which is great and really easy to find. Found the board i was looking for really quick, and it had a good description so i was able to decide quickly that it was the board for me. Really liked the zoom on the photo feature, and the face you have the different designs for the different sizes shown, other sites i've seen didn't offer this option which can be confusing. The related products feature is cool, but dangerous!! haha. Really great prices and shipping options. Board arrived fast even though i didn't pay for next day delivery didn't have to wait long at all! the board was packaged well which meant i wasn't worried that it would have been damaged in transit at all. Would totally recommend the site to a friend! great store!

I ordered new skiwear via the web-site. It was a simple exercise and delivery was made very quickly! Sadly, due to a few too many pies, my size estimation was a bit out, but the Two-Seasons team in the Northampton branch were very keen to help and I walked away a happy chappy. 2 constructive points I will make: 1. Courier selection is not the best - I received my 'we will be delivering today' txt 3 days after the event 2. some photos do not accurately show which garments will compliment others. All in all, a good experience, I will certainly be using them again!

Good discount on board, easy to use website, like the delivery service how you can rearrange delivery and get 1hr time slot.

Everything I needed for my first ski trip in one place. Site is well laid out and everything is easy to find. Good range of color and price options. Only went for standard delivery but everything arrived within two days. Could not really ask for much more!
