I had much trouble getting an item from other companies whose websites said the item was in stock only to receive subsequent calls to say it was not available. I therefore rang your company and a very kind lady actually took the trouble to check if the item was on the shelf before I ordered. I was just past the deadline for next day delivery but the lady said she would do her best.

Sure enough the item arrived today. It makes a pleasant change to deal with a company with such good customer service.

Properly sick, I ordered 2 days ago and my fire poi came today, not a care in the world. It was super easy to find my way round the website and everything's labelled really clearly so even I, who was shopping for someone else, could find what I was looking for. Little bit pricey when you add on tax and delivery but frankly, worth it to know what I ordered was actually going to make it to me in time. Also they were prompt with the emails so I knew that things were in progress rather than being sat here wondering what was going on.

Defs going to these kids again when I'm feeling nice and pyrotechnical. Big recommendations.

Called to get rigging info and was well served. The props were dispatched same day and arrived safe and sound the following day.

I bought a ribbon poi and twirling ribbons for use with my church choreography group and everyone has been quite pleased them. The ribbons are not as hard as I thought to use but the best thing is the ribbon poi which I am using. They are tons of fun, easy to use and extremely addictive.It was my very first time using poi so I'd recommend the ribbon poi even to beginners.

Plus, the products came within 36-48hrs of ordering.

Firetoys were very helpful when I had questions about which product to choose. Once I had decided and place the order I received an email only a couple of hours later telling me it had been dispatched. The delivery was quick and on time and getting something so large shipped for £2.95 is a bargain!

The props themselves are well made and look great. I can fault them.
