I've had an excellent experience with the advisor at Gifts with Style. Throughout the transaction, they were extremely prompt to respond to enquiries and requests for information and updates.

When the watch was late to show up, they immediately followed-up, at first asking for patience (the post being beyond their control, and sometimes late), and then responding with affirmative action when it was beyond late.

The post, being the post, did finally come through, and they were grateful for my update when the watch finally arrived.

Fair prices, excellent customer service -- I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

PS. The watch, by the way, is beautiful, sturdy and light. Love the shade of green, that the case is made of aluminum; though I'd be inclined to change the strap.

I recently brought a watch which I loved but was unfortunately losing time. I called gifts with style and they were very helpful and said they would replace it and reimburse me for my return postage costs. So I posted it back to them and within 5 days I had the replacement watch and postage cost refunded. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely shop there again when it comes to Christmas!

I would give no stars for customer service and value for money, but the minimum is one.

I ordered an alarm clock from Gifts with Style which arrived with defects. The white plastic material it is made of had several small blue defects in it. I complained and was told an advisor that I could return and they would send a replacement and refund the postage incurred. The replacement arrived which had the same issue as the previous one recieved. I complained again and was told on returning the item I would recieve a full refund of the item and both postages incurred. After returning I was told that they could not see anything wrong with the item. After many more emails (and one month from the original order) I managed to get only a partial refund of the item (£23 out of £26.65, and none of the £10.85 postage I had incurred returning both items). I couldn't speak to anyone higher in the company as it seems the company is made up of only these two people.

I paid by Paypal, so I called them to explain the issue and they were brilliant. They reinbursed me the rest of my money(£14.50)at a cost to themselves because they said it wasnt worth the time trying to get the company to pay it. They were very nice about it, and it didnt take more than 5 minutes.

I have never written a review before but felt compelled to from being treated so poorly by Gifts with Style. Its shocking that a company can get away with behaving in such a dishonest and imoral way.

I brought some Bugatti and Guzzini appliances and accessories for my kitchen and I was so pleased with the products. The appliances are stunning and very user friendly and the glass guzzini cruet set is like a piece of contemporary art in the centre of my table. I ordered the products on a wednesday and payed for standard delivery and they arrived on friday. all in all very pleased and will definitely be doing some of my christmas shopping there this year!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from gift with style, The website is great and I brought some modular wine racks that look really cool! I payed for standard delivery and the products arrived very well packaged in two days! All in all an great shopping experience :-)

I did a big chunk of my christmas shopping with this company. I love the product range! I couldnt resist picking up a few things for my house while doing my christmas shopping. There's some really beautiful products to choose from. Everything I ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. Im looking forward to seeing what they have next year!

This website has a really great product product range. Lots of great contemporary gift ideas... there really are loads of gifts with style on this site! I'm very happy with all the products I ordered and they arrived within 3 days of me placing the order.
