Really Fast And Helpful
I spoke to a customer service representative from Swift Money using their live chat. The woman was very helpful and answered all of my questions politely and I did have a lot. Once I applied I did get a decision instantly but because it was my first time applying I did have to provide a bank statement. This set it back about an hour but overall, still a very quick service and at least it shows that they are being responsible when lending money out.
