“Parts missing was getting wrong dosage very dangerous ”

I' made the purchase under the understanding they were caninsurlin brand! Some of the syringes had little black rubber inserts missing so they could not be used others were wonky inside so the dosages were wrong! Not happy that I' paid over £30 for them when they were faulty!

I have used Ectoline on my 2 yorkshire terriers for the last 4 months (2kg to 10kg pipettes) but I am noticing that after 2-3 weeks my bigger yorkie who weighs 8.7kg is getting them back but my smaller one isn't. I am wondering whether the strength is not strong enough and he needs the 20-40kg pipette? Any advice is recommended, many thanks.
