Office 2010 is what 2007 should have been. Or at least what should have come in a Service Pack. The Ribbon system smoothed out and cleaned up and easier to use. One user said he couldn't find how to create a Pivot Table. Wow. Click on the Insert Tab. Its the first item on the left. Once you get used to the Ribbon and 2010 it is far more intuitive then 2003 and earlier. Some operations, like Pivot Tables, are easier. Eliminating duplicate rows, really painful on 2003 and earlier, is amazingly easy in 2007 and 2010. MS does have this habit of moving and changing things just for the sake of making something look new. They need to grow up and get over that. They also like to make you pay for a whole new product when they give you something that should have come in a free Service Pack. And they give way too little in the version that individual non-corporate users can afford to buy. But what is included is a vast improvement over older versions.

More of the same as 2007, the ribbon is just a big toolbar that changes itself and is harder to use than the old interface. MS just wants more money, no real new features. Get open office instead for free.
