Sony - DCR-HC35

I have a DCR-HC35 which has had less than 3 hours use and it comes up witha code error C32;11 on checking on the web this looks like a general problem with quite a few models Sony say it doesnt have a problem and when i told him about all the people on the web with the same code error he said that you cant always go by that some people just write in a problem just for the sake of doing it and when i pull him up on that by saying you mean to tell me they are all lying he said no but some are this camcorder is out of warranty been quoted £100 to put right and sony doesnt want to know so be very careful when buying one now sony have just emailed me to say as far as they are concerned the matter is closed great customer service
