Recently bought Lenovo B50-10 laptop which the spec said included a VGA port. When received, laptop didn't have the VGA port. Rang them up and was told product had been mis-listed. Asked if they could give me VGA adaptor for free but was told that since they don't stock them I would have to return laptop, so had to buy my own since I wanted to keep laptop. “If it looks to good to be true.........it isn't!”

Bought a new HP ProBook 450 G2 from saveonlaptops and all I can say is be very careful with the UPGRADED RAM laptops. This company states that these are exclusively upgraded (one would think at the factory when being made by HP), with an exclusive deal being given to saveonlaptops for taking so many hundreds/thousands of units. The MSI laptop I bought arrived quickly and at first things were great. Sales is first class, calls answered quickly, advice is great, delivery is rapid. Ok so what about if you have a problem.... don't bother calling, service doesn't accept calls, so you email and get an impersonal reply. “Good Website and Delivery, Other Areas Need Improvement”

I'm having problems with quite a few of the machines I have bought through this site. Customer service is also automated. Don't expect a contact number or a call back if you request one. Delivery however is quick and the returns process works (once you work it out). I'm currently being told the laptop that I sent back is faultless. “Laptop is amazing”

The laptop came a few days later than expected due to some delivery problems with YODEL who are simply to put it plain the worst delivery company ever. Not only did they not inform me of the new delivery date their tracking system was abysmal and updated hours are events occurred. “Delivery service a joke”

After ordering was told would be delivered within 5 working days so imagine my surprise when i got a text and email the next morning saying it would be delivered that afternoon. “Problems with Ultrabook”

same here! realised once i had to put a claim with my credit card company

they refunded me my money and kept 150 pound saying that is their charges send me a laptop that dont work then giving me attitude when i ring up for some assistance n the matter

i phoned my credit card company back up and they plan to get all my money returned to me.

THE POWER OF THE THE CARD ! THAT GOES FOR DEBIT CARDS TOO EVERYONE

STAY AWAY FROM THEM

“Selling used goods as new”

Laptop arrived and when opened the screws fell out and the back come away from the laptop. Charger was not brand new. Had to take the laptop to local shop to be repaired. Save on laptops refused to accept back for a full refund. Still waiting on a reply from my last email to them… Read Full Review

“GOOD SERVICE LET DOWN BY POOR COURIER”

I purchased an HP G7 Pavilion laptop last week and paid for the one day delivery service. The courier, DPD, duly notified me of a delivery window but then delivered the laptop to another address, claiming nonetheless that they had delivered it to "the correct postcode"! As an update to this review, neither save on Laptops nor the courier have provided any evidence that they investigated what went wrong. Save on Laptops did "apologise for the great inconvenience caused" and offered to send me a flashdrive as a gesture of goodwill, but one week on that that has not arrived either. Maybe I should not be surprised.....
