Everything is good design, quality, price but they took extra long the shipment of the delivery.

My ring has been delivered and I am very pleased with it. Looks a good quality item. Shipton’s can rectify their poor reviews by keeping customers informed and adding comments to “your account” online - or sending emails to customers to say “your item(s) has been despatched”. Also have customer services operators answering the dedicated phone line for queries, and answering customer query e mails.

Placed my order from an unsolicited catalogue before reading these reviews. Hence the stress because after the 7-14 days during which delivery was indicated, nothing happened. I emailed Customer Services every day but didn't get any answer. However, on day 18 my order arrived and I was delighted. Goods as described with classy boxes in padded envelope. Relief! Hence success. I couldn't honestly recommend them until they get their Customer Services act together. It's just not acceptable to ignore emails from concerned customers who fear they may have fallen for a sham

I agree. My order has not been delivered 10/09/20 athough their web site acknowledges receiving payment on 12/08/20. I have tried to get an update by both the online and telephone support lines. I don't wish to complain, because I realise that many deliveries are affected. I simply want confirmation that the items have not in fact been lost. The previous item I bought was a nice piece and it arrived promptly in May. I hope the company receives or follows sites like this so that they rsolve their issues.
