This company take you money and don't delever your goods . We are now seeking legal help to try and get our money back !! Totally messed us around saying that the item was out of stock and now we have a email saying the company is in administration

“Absolute joke”

Ordered a product from Bathroom trade and paid for 48 hour delivery. 1 week later no product, I received an email to say the product was out of stock and wouldn't arrive for another 2 weeks. I advised I wished to cancel however 3 weeks later no money has been returned. The phone line on their website doesn't work - automated response saying phone line will be available by early next month (4 weeks away). No response to a further 6 emails to the address provided. I doubt I'll ever get my money back so my advise is stay well clear and rather than get attracted to this company for good prices just use a recognised company or you'll end up getting screwed.

“This company has gone bust 3 times!!!”

Do not buy from this company. Under at least 3 different guises they have gone bust. Bathroom Trade is a company set up by The London Water Closet Company, Having not had any contact from the company since placing my order I did some research and found that the company is under investigation and uner the liquidators. “DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE”

I ordered a shower tray and enclosure from Bathroom trade .co.uk on 28th September . I have emailed them several times asking when I can expect my delivery , they haven't responded to any of my emails. I have tried ringing several times and it goes straight to an answer machine have left messages and no response. You just cannot get in touch with them . Taken my money and no goods

“definately not”

ordered a shower on 10th july, 14th july money was taken from my account, i received an email saying 7 week wait , i cancelled order with them on the 14th july and asked why they had taken payment when no goods had left their store, i am now 4 weeks on and having to ring again for my money back, i would definately never order from this site again.The one star is for the polite girl who answered my phone call.

“Refuses to exchange faulty goods”

Similar issues to Rew's review.... 1. Ordered goods and had to chase them to find out when we could expect delivery - paid in full at time of placing order but took two weeks for goods to arrive. 2. When the goods were delivered my disabled wife was unable to check the goods due to their size and weight. 3. Spotted fault with shower tray and reported it. 4. Asked to submit photos, then told no exchange as 3 days over 7 day limit - even though I had to chase them for a reply despite being told they would respond in 2 to 3 days. Obviously deadlines only apply to the customer and not the company. 5. Company says goods are damaged not faulty but they haven't even been inspected. As my old nan used to say "buy cheap - buy twice", I should have listened to her!!

“Four weeks to deliver and it's delivered Faulty”

Purchased shower tray etc. No communication, I had to ring them first after waiting three weeks. It took four weeks from purchase before delivery, having had my money for that length of time. The item was delivered faulty. Asked for photos of faults. Sent five pictures of faulty items, three days later they get back to me asking about one of the pictures. This was addressed and said they would deal with it. Still waiting! The reviews on the web site omit bad reviews. No good offering deals if customer service does not match.

“Customer Service and Delivery”

I ordered a kitchen butler sink from this site and was told it would take 1-2 weeks max for it to arrive. I had no contact from the company and after 2 weeks I called asking what was going on. They assured me all had been sorted and it would be delivered the following week and I would get a phone call to confirm. No phone call. I phoned the following week asking for more information on delivery of this product. I was told it would be looked into and that I would get a call back - AGAIN NO call back. On my 3rd attempt I was told there was a 'admin' error and that my sink would now be in the following week - we are talking now 1 month later. This has held up all aspects of my kitchen project and if I had known earlier I would have gone elsewhere but they kept me in the dark so long I now have no choice and no time. It still hasn't arrived so I'm not sure whether I will still need to cancel. Customer service is APPALLING and really no apology forthcoming for all there ineptitudes.

“Do not use this company”

I ordered various bathroom parts which arrived damaged I have tried to address this with them to no avail. Their website states 100% satisfaction or your money back but you can't get your money back as they ignore you. Do not use this company.

“Avoid this company!!”

Avoid this company, they send you incorrect items and try to pass them off as something different. I ordered a 450mm sink only to receive a 500mm yet they won't accept it is wrong. The rest of the bathroom parts were of an extremely poor quality. I had to go out and buy wastes and traps as they were terrible quality. They also sent me a damaged shower screen and when I have tried to complain they have ignored me altogether. Avoid this company!!!
