These are a load of RIP OFF. They hide problems with their cars and then when something does happen, the warranty will not work as they are issues that already exist. Stay we'll clear DO NOT PURCHASE AS MENTIONED IN THE TITLE THEY USED TO BE CALLED STYLISH MOTORS. CHECK THEIR REVIEWS

I can say this company is a waste company they say lot of stories and takes lot of money but all the cars are scrap......not at all recommend these people. They said 12 months warranty to my car but they initially done only 3 months and I keep following them every 3 months for that also they were saying lot stories. That warranty also waste warranty. Waste people.

As stated below, these people are less than honest. Sourcing vehicles in bad need to repair, temporarily disguising the problem and then selling them as Perfect vehicles. They have now shut their site and are moving to EASTLANE BUSINESS PARK, WEMBLEY,HA9 7NQ, Wouldn't surprise me if under a new name.

Put a deposit on a car as there were some issues they needed to resolve. They told me the car would be ready in 2 days. Heard nothing. Every time I called they kept telling me that the person I dealt with was out and would be back in 20 minutes. Never heard back. 3 days later I was told the car was finally ready, after having chased them endlessly (btw... the work it needed I was told would take 20 minutes). I get there and the car isn't ready and was in fact in a worse state than when I first saw it. Waited for over almost 2 hours and the car still wasn't ready. There was only 1 other customer (who also looked cheesed off) and all 5 members of staff were standing around in the office. It seems to me that they try their very best to take a deposit from you then P you off so you don't take the car and they pocket your deposit. There were no apologies and they wouldn't even look at me when I ask for a refund. They simply walked away and said no. Please please please stay away from this company. They are conmen. And a message to Northolt Giantz... please don't bother replying to me. Everything you say is clearly BS.

Put a £300 deposite on a car which needed some fixes (leak in the roof, boot didn't open)They said they would call me in 5 days and let me know the car is ready. I received no call back and everytime I did get through to them they would say "call back in 20mins, I'll check on the status" - then no one would call back or pick-up the phone! After 2 weeks of this - I have finally decided to contact my bank and get a refund as this company is clearly run by criminals who think they can get away anything. Do not use them. I'm hoping th epolice get involved in my case.

this is the worst place ever.i was so stupid that i trust them.they gave me warranty which was fake.the car has a lots of serious problem which was fixed temporary.......

Bought a ford focus automatic. Sounded great, part exchange for another old small car. Said there was warranty. They lied. there wasn't. Said they had sent off the paperwork, then said they had it, then said they lost it.. can't ever get throuhg by phone, email, and they ALWAYS tell us to call back!

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Bought a small run around car from these people before and it was completely fine, went there today to buy a 1 series off of them and again not a problem. Very polite group of people and very friendly. I was assisted by Jason.

Bought a peugeot 206 from them 2 months ago, just part exed it for a bigger car to be told the milage had been tampered with and had previously been written off! Making it worthless! Any reputable car dealer should do detailed checks on there cars and pass on this info!! We are fuming to say the least. They were very friendly but unsurprisingly desperate for us to but the car. I dread to think what else they are hiding from their customers

Im sorry to hear that others have experienced the same problems, with these people. I bought a car for my bithday and paid cash. On the way back on A406 the steering wheel starts getting heavey so had to be towed back 2 home address. Contacted the guys,, got the run around after a number of calls i finally get threw... told i would have to pay half of the cost to fix because thier 1yr warranty does not cover the problem. So i then took car back down to them paid another £200 to fix problem whitch took a week. Pick it up on the sat & on the sunday , car starts playing up again. DONT BUY CARS FROM NORTHOLT GAINTZ AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST TRADERS. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE. AUTO TRADER SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO ADVERTISE & TRADING STANDARDS & THE POLICE NEED TO DO SOMETHING QUICK!!!!!!!!! I would have liked to known about this site, and could have read the reviews of others . I would have not parchased this car.

Bought a car of this garage about 3 months ago and was promised the car would be excellent working order once the car is prepared. So I left a deposit and picked it up a week later. A few days went by and the car had developed faults and was told to bring the car in a week later. So I brought the car to the garage and was told to leave the car behind so they can investigate the faults. A week went by and no one contacted me. So I visited the garage and was told it was getting fixed and it should be ready to pick up the following week. So the following week I turned up to pick up my car and it was dirty but I still picked it up only to find out the faults still EXISTED on the way home. So I phoned the garage when I got home and was told to speak to the manager who wasn't in the office. It was quite hard to get hold of the manager but eventually I did get through to the manager and I was promised a refund. so I turned up to the garage and was told the manager is not around and was told to take the car back home and a cheque will be sent in the post.I found that a bit strange as I still had my car but I was reassured by the salesman not to worry. A couple of weeks went by and guess what 'NO CHEQUE'. So I called the garage back and explained the situation and as soon as I mentioned that I was promised a refund by the manager the salesman got aggressive and said 'NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN' and he put the phone down. I was upset as I had just recently spent my savings on car that I was promised to be in excellent condition. So now I am stuck with a faulty motor and out of pocket of several of thousands of pounds. I am absolutely disgusted the way I have been treated. After a bit of digging on the internet and goggling the company I learnt to find out these guys where called stylish motors in Greenford and after reading the reviews I am not surprised the way I have been treated. These guys are professional con-artists and should be reported to trading standards. I have spoken to trading standards and lodged a complaint with watchdog and I urge anyone who has been in a similar situation as me to contact watchdog.

I am have gave a small deposit on a 9000 pound car so by looking at your reviews I should try get it back do you think maybe if they are a bit older cars they may have problems As they are quite worn all round cars are not meant to last but welding and filler in roofs or floors is not good at all could you please help me here car is nice not cheep but not really dear so I don't no what to do are you just the unlucky people out of many of happy ones I need help any input or comment appreciated thanks
