worst experience ever! This is not a direct rental car operation, but a broker that sells their rentals to other car services. We were giving confirmation # but NO other information. We arrived at our destination in Ireland and had to spend the next 2 hours tracking down our rental....absolutely ridiculous! I have contacted IZZI and they have not responded to my refund request AND never called me back when i tried to resolve the problems

Dear mharmening,
We are familiar with your case - you have contacted us and we exchanged several e-mails.
The first problem with your booking was that you mistyped the e-mail address at the time of the booking and consequently never received the voucher to the e-mail. But we also have the option for our customers to login to our website and print the voucher directly from your account.
Unfortunately your booking was fully prepaid one and the COUNTY CAR RENTALS requires the printed voucher in order to confirm the rental. They refused to rent a car to you without this document. It is also clearly stated on our web site that you need to have a printed voucher with you to be able to pick up the car.
On the last note: your case is still under review and refund is still possible. We are in contact with COUNTY CAR RENTALS to confirm this incident. As mentioned in the e-mail, please allow a few days to resolve this issue.
