Signed a tenancy with these guys, paid the month upfront and 6 weeks deposit... waited for the start of the tenancy...

They called me and stated "changed mind" about the tenancy which let me without somewhere to live.

Not at all sympathetic and unhelpful about finding somewhere else for me to rent and move to.

Also - severely out of pocket regarding costs - admin and referencing charges - which have not be reimbursed.

Small claims action started.
