This is a very good supplier of items for large and giant breed dogs. I own English Mastiffs and find it difficult to find collars large enough for my dogs. I have bought three Ezydog collars from Big Dog World and am totally pleased with my purchases and the service I received - quick delivery and good communication. I live in Reading and Fish4dogs is not readily available on pet shop shelves. Ordered ny first bag locally but following that was being let down on orders. So pleased l came across Big Dog World. The gentleman was friendly and very helpful, and true to his word my dog food arrived the following morning. Outstanding service and super price - will be using Big Dog World for future orders.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with my most recent order. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until the Monday as I ordered too late for next day (as this would have been a Saturday and was a courier delivery). Low and behold it was delivered personally by the owner of Big Dog World on his way to walk his gorgeous Bear (sorry Newfoundland) on Saturday morning! Fabulous service. Thank you Big Dog World!!!!!

My order was for a sack of Wafcol puppy food which was the best value of any online supplier and was delivered free very quickly. However our puppy was subsequently taken ill before we opened this product and Big Dog World not only agreed to take the product back but also arranged for next day collection and refunded promptly. Many thanks to evryone for their help and service.

Well over the moon, Zak not too keen yet but he soon adjusts, great value for money, at the back of the coat it has elastic to go round the legs so the coat is kept in place, very good i won't be worrying the winds will blow the coat off on his back end, the coat will do its job keep him warm, thankyou Big Dog World.

After being let down by delivery from GJW Titmuss we were almost out of dog food. We use Acana and after contacting Big Dog World by phone our order came within 12 hours. What superb customer service along with a very helful and friendly staff. We will certainly be ordering from again. Many Thanks from a very happy customer (As well as two happy Boxer dogs).

I have used this company a number of times now and every delivery has been extremely prompt and accurate. Wven better on the two occassions I contacted customer service regarding product queries the responses we extremely swift and helpful. Their prices are also very competitive.

On a side note the Stagbar Antler chews are fantastic. Our Weimaraner usually demolishes chews/bones in seconds or gets very bored of them quickly. The Stagbar Antler on the other hand lasted 2 weeks and he wouldnt let it out of his sight :D

I usually trudge to the pet shop to buy my newfoundland puppy his food but the weather was pants and the bags are getting larger so decided to go online and try my luck. So glad I did saved a small fortune over the pet shop price and got more dog food would have paid £106 for two 15 kilo bags instead paid £84 for two 18 kilo bags. Ordered at 9 o'clock sunday night, took delivery 3 o'clock tuesday afternoon and delivery was free. Will definitely be using Bigdogworld again.
