Title says it all. Only giving two stars because they actually removed all the product I tried to buy from their website now. Shame it took me (and others?) trying to buy it to prompt that action.

Yes, my Paypal transaction was refunded.

Ordered ac laptop adaptor told was genuine Toshiba part but only lasted less than 5 months was then told when I tried to get a replacement they only give 3months warranty, whilst most genuine parts are given 12 months,

And genuine good quality parts don't fail after 5months of use, so genuine not convinced.

Staff not helpful when I called.

AVOID and go direct to toshiba

I was so impressed by how fast my item (OCW sdd for macbook air) arrived that I felt the urge to write this review.

I ordered at noon and it arrived next day at 9am. Even though I paid for the free standard delivery.

Not to mention the item I bought was literally the cheapest you could find online.

I was after a new computer monitor and after some price comparisons, I came to CBC. For the monitor I wanted, they were the cheapest, with free delivery! "What a fantastic deal" I thought.

After waiting a while for my order, I emailed in, asking about its status. I got a quick response from a member of the team [James] and soon after I was able to track my delivery.

No problems, the monitor turned up safe and contact with the company was easy. A very good seller who I would use again.

I heard about the Magic Blackout Blind from a friend and saw CBC Computers came up cheapest in Google Shopping. I had not heard of CBC Computers before so I rang their customer service line and spoke to James, he was very clear and explained the payment and delivery options available online, if only all online stores had such helpful staff.

Have told many of the other parents at the nursery my little girl attends.

Just wanted to say thanks for the wonderful customer service.

I called to ensure the part I required was in stock and the girls I spoke to on the phone were very courteous and friendly in getting me the information I required.

I then ordered online on the 5th Sep product was dispatched on the 6th and arrived on the 7th. The product was also exactly as described and a genuine Toshiba part, (having the correct part No. probably helped).

Just a wonderful experience from inquiry to delivery and I have already recommended CBC to a couple of contacts and sung their praises on Twitter.

The price was the same as a those I'd sourced for a 2nd hand part and 1/3rd of the price I was quoted by a leading supplier and also 1/2 the price I was quoted by Toshiba's reseller that is linked to on the Toshiba website

Why can't all online stores be this great?

I'll keep it short - CBC made a mistake with the product listing on their website. I ordered a 17" Acer Travelmate laptop and received a 15" Aspire. It turned out that part numbers and prices were mixed up at their end. Due to the price advertised, a replacement product wasn't forthcoming and I didn't press for one, but the guy I spoke to was apologetic, very helpful and quickly sorted a courier for the return of the unwanted machine.

Based on my experience, which is likely a 1-off, I have no problem recommending CBC, and will certainly use them again myself.

I have ordered once before from CBC Computers, and found their service to be good.

On a second order I used 5-day delivery, and 8 days later I have still not recieved my products. I've contacted the company twice by email today, and heard nothing in return.

Hence, 3/5 and no recommendation from me.

I got an HP bag as mentioned in the website but cheaper than amazon and HP. The customer service is excellent and the delivery was very quick. Thanks a lot to CBC computers.
