I was so impressed by how fast my item (OCW sdd for macbook air) arrived that I felt the urge to write this review. I ordered at noon and it arrived next day at 9am. Even though I paid for the free standard delivery. Not to mention the item I bought was literally the cheapest you could find online. Thank you.

I was after a new computer monitor and after some price comparisons, I came to CBC. For the monitor I wanted, they were the cheapest, with free delivery! "What a fantastic deal" I thought. After waiting a while for my order, I emailed in, asking about its status. I got a quick response from a member of the team [James] and soon after I was able to track my delivery. No problems, the monitor turned up safe and contact with the company was easy. A very good seller who I would use again.

I'll keep it short - CBC made a mistake with the product listing on their website. I ordered a 17" Acer Travelmate laptop and received a 15" Aspire. It turned out that part numbers and prices were mixed up at their end. Due to the price advertised, a replacement product wasn't forthcoming and I didn't press for one, but the guy I spoke to was apologetic, very helpful and quickly sorted a courier for the return of the unwanted machine. Based on my experience, which is likely a 1-off, I have no problem recommending CBC, and will certainly use them again myself. 5* when I receive the right laptop ;)

Order placed 27th Feb now 3rd March. Item not even dispatched yet.

The ordering process online was easy and email notifications flowed to keep me up to date with progress. I took the 'standard delivery' option which gave me free delivery as I was spending over £20. This meant delivery within 5 working days. Delivery was in fact much quicker - 2-3 days. My only issue is that the wrong item was sent. I received a DVB-T2 NanoStick 290e (USB type) TV card, not the WinTV-NOVA-T PCI (motherboard slot type) as ordered and confirmed in the company's emails. When I phoned the company, the customer service was excellent. They checked the stock position and called back within the 10 minutes they promised. They immediately sent the correct item and it arrived the next day together with a pre-paid envelope in which to return the 'wrong' item. Other companies often wait for an item to be returned (with the customer stuck with the postage) before taking corrective action, so it was nice to be trusted to send back the wrongly sent item. I would use this company again despite this mistake as their prices are very competitive, free delivery was available, and my problem was sorted out courteously and without delay.

Cheapest price I found, plus qith quick delivery. Have used CBC Computers before and they have never let me down. The actual memory worked straight away out of the box. Corsair memory are known to be the best memory manufacturers in the business.

Just wanted to say - made order on the Monday with free delivery & received the printer on the Tuesday(next day). Just fantastic service - what more can I say - 'and the cheapest price too'!!! Thank you & I will be using you again.

Ordered using free 5 day delivery option and item arrived by registered post in two days. Price was cheapest on internet and I will be ordering all my cartridges from them in future.
