I have worked with this rescue, but I've also worked with others in the Midlands. RACR owner, Andrea, does care for all the animals she takes in. If the animal is sick and requires Veterinary treatment, she will go to great lengths to fund whatever it needs, she always puts the animals wellbeing first and the cost of treatments last.

The other review about getting animals off gumtree.... I know how many calls RACR get daily asking to take unwanted pets, so I can safely say there is no need to go looking for animals to take into the rescue.

Also regarding being overpriced. A sensible person who knows about the cost of vaccinating, spaying/neutering, microchipping, flea & worming etc will be able to do the maths when they enquire about adoption fees. The adoption fees never cover the cost of the treatments given. Yes you can adopt from other rescues for lower fees, but they're the ones who don't vaccinate or microchip. You then end up paying your own vet to do this at a higher cost in the long run.

Very unhelpfull, prices are extreamly high, they try to buy pets off normal people advertising on gumtree and other websites and then sell them on as abondoned animals which they make alot of money on, Go to your local RSPCA as these people are not to be trusted.
