I purchased a Numatic George Vac, from the company Premier-Storage & Office Solutions, and found that i was delighted by their quality of service. I contacted Premier Storage, not knowing what machine i would need for the job i had in mind, i explained to them what i needed to be done and what the vac would be used for. Within a couple of minutes they had found the machine best suited for my needs and was within my budget.

Now that i knew what the ideal machine for my needs was, I then went to their website and ordered it. I found that the website was well put together, especially the homepage that allows the user to view a selection of their products straight away. Also the search box is very easy to find at the top of every page. When you first go on to the website you feel that it has been well designed and built with the customer in mind. However you soon lose this feeling when you try to use the menu system down the left of the page. When using this i felt that the items and products had not been categorized properly which made it difficult to find specific things. Therefore i would suggest sticking to the search box.

As for the ordering process, i felt that this was very quick and easy. When you go to order the product you are taken to the SagePay system, where it takes your details in a few simple steps... and you're done.

After placing your order you will then get an order confirmation through via email, followed by your product which in my case was delivered on time.

Overall i think that Premier Storage & Office Solutions were very helpful and their service was fantastic. I would definetly recommend them to a friend.
